We offer you a wonderful wellness area with heated pool, sauna with aromatherapy, massage (on request), beauty treatments (on request), fitness room, billiards, darts ... - a perfect ambience for your relaxing holiday.

The villa was built in 2012 and has a living space of over 300 square meters with more than 850 square meters of gardens. The entire house is tiled with Istrian stone floors and equipped with very high quality furniture. There is underfloor heating throughout the house.
In the basement there is the wellness area with sauna, heated pool with counter current system and massage benches, as well as a shower and toilet.
The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and fridge-freezer, as well as a large dining area, a cozy living room, pool table and darts.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms (double rooms), each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The covered terrace can be used in any weather and the brick grill invites you to some romantic barbecues at sunset (wood and grill grate available).
From the terrace you can directly enjoy the beautiful 55 sqm pool with counter current system and lighting.
A children's playground and an additional fitness room in the pool house are available.
The villa offers you both the possibility of a quiet vacation and being close to the beach (5 minutes by car).

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 kleinen Kindern eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool inkl. Whirlpool waren natürlich unser Highlight. Aber auch die Terrasse, Loungeecke und die Grillecke waren einfach toll. Die Schaukel/ Rutsche haben wir kaum genutzt, da dort fast den ganzen Tag die pralle Sonne drauf schien. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Perfekte Haus

Ein Haus an dem es an nichts fehlt! Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern vor Ort. Der Innenpool war wohl temperiert. Der Wellnessbereich wurde jeden Abend genutzt. Es gibt schnelles Internet im ganzen Haus. Deutsches Satelieten Fernsehen. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können wirklich sagen, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Einen riesigen Dank geht an die Vermieterin. Sie hat sich so viel Mühe gegeben und war immer für uns erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank! Es geht einfach nicht besser!

Ein traumhaftes Haus!

Alleine durch die zahlreichen Fotos und die bisherhigen Bewertungen war bereits vor der Anreise klar, dass wir uns auf ein tolles Haus freuen durften. Und das Haus hielt der Beschreibung mehr als stand. Die Umgebung des kleinen Dorfes ist ruhig, links und rechts davon stehen ebenfalls zwei Ferienvillen. Die Ausstattung ist mit opulent gut zu beschreiben. Schöner Garten mit tollem Pool samt Gegenstrom-Anlage und Whirlpool, gemauerter Steingrill und große, überdachte Terrasse. Innen ist alles neuwertig und von hochwertiger Ausstattung, zudem gibt es eine separat steuerbare Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Tolle, neue Betten für sechs Erwachsene, ein weiteres Zustellbett ist möglich. Ein echtes Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich im Keller, wo es einen weiteren Indoor-Pool sowie eine Sauna und eine Infrarot-Kabine gibt, mehr Wellness geht kaum!! Im Wohnzimmer dann noch ein Billiard-Tisch sowie ein großer Fernseher, für Kurzweile ist gesorgt! In 20-30 Minuten ist man beinahe überall auf der Insel Krk, das Meer erreicht man an beiden Seiten nach rund 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll Daniela, die Gastgeberin, die nicht nur den Check-in und den Check-out angenehm gestaltet hat, sondern auch zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants etc. parat hatte. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub, wir kommen wieder!!

Absolutely stunning

The best villa we have ever stayed in and very clean, kitchen has everything you need and more. The whole accommodation is just great. The two saunas are fantastic also both pools. Host is very helpful. We would highly recommend this property! 5+ stars

Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub, alles genau wie beschrieben!

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder im Alter von 3-6 Jahren) hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Kamenica. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Es bietet sehr viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für einen Urlaub mit vielen Personen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die tolle Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Diese waren zu jederzeit zu erreichen und halfen uns bei allen Anliegen. Die Gegend rund um das Haus ist schön, tolle Strände, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen.
