Summary:
Our home has been designed to capture the all day sun, with deck both
front and back for morning and evening dining. Enjoy a wine on the deck
and watch the sun set over the lake. Bring your boat there is plenty of
off road parking. Kinloch has lots to offer with world class bike tracks and
golf courses. Bring your tennis rackets, we have two courts to chose from.
There are plenty of parks and children play areas. The shop and restaurant
are in walking distance as is the beach. The Marina is just a short distance
away. All you need for a great break in Kinloch.

The Space:
Our split level home is accessed from an external stair case. Kitchen and living area is up a couple of steps to take in the view. Plenty of off road parking and play area.

Plenty of off road parking. Access to the house is up an external stair case.
The Neighborhood:
Kinloch is a great safe village, with lots of thing to do for all ages. Swimming in the lake, play grounds, tennis courts and or course the marina to launch your boat and two golf courses, all within the village. There are several bike tracks that leave from Kinloch and also boat access to the tracks across the lake.
There are also may lovely walks including the Whangamata Stream walk to view the historic Kinloch Station waterwheel.
Getting Around:
Walking will get you to most places.
