Once you've stayed here you won't want to leave! This Kiwi Bach caters to all. It's a great place to spend a family holiday or stay for those important events. This house has a huge section - plenty of space for the boat, the car and the kids! The home itself sleeps ten comfortably but if you have a larger group then there are the bunks available in the garage. This makes the house perfect for two families wanting to have a holiday together. Includes Wi-Fi.

The home has five bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms.

• Bedroom 5 : 2 x Single Bunk Beds

Upstairs has two bedrooms along with the lounge, dining and kitchen area that look out to stunning views of Acacia Bay and Taupo. The spacious balcony has outdoor chairs and table to soak up the summer sunshine over a BBQ. Downstairs has two large communal areas and one bedroom sleeping with private entrance from the yard, and a converted garage with four sets of bunks, couch and television. There is an extra single bedroom and combined shower, toilet and laundry area.

NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels) or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $15 per person please select this option when booking or let us know in the comments section.

Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours. This is a family home in a quiet residential area with a shared driveway, not suitable for large groups of adults. Disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated.
When making a request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and plans for while you are in Taupo. Please note we may contact you for more information on behalf of our owners.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted and are liable for any damages to the property. We have a strict no party policy (large groups, hens, stags etc.) and do not allow functions or large gatherings.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. Respect for neighbours regarding noise and cars must be considered, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without refund if we receive complaints.
All guests are your responsibility so please take care and parental supervision is required for all children at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, water and fires. The holiday home is not to be used as a function venue, events or activity that involve a larger number of people than stated on the maximum occupancy.
All homes are privately owned, please treat them with respect and if an incident/damage happens, report it ASAP so it can be repaired or replaced. For damages be aware that your credit card will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were on arrival. You will have paid a compulsory cleaning fee which covers a general service clean. If the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $40.00 per hour for this.
If you use a BBQ it must be left clean, if not a $40.00 fee will be charged for cleaning.
ALL rubbish must be removed from throughout the property on your departure; failure to do this will result in a minimum charge of $40.00 for labour and council disposal fees. Some homes allow up to ONE bag of rubbish to be left as part of the clean fee, specific property instructions will be at the home for you.
The property must be left secure and safe upon your departure. Please check all windows, doors and appliances including heaters, electric blankets, elements, and sockets before you leave the property.
