Ótimos restaurantes, golfe e lojas nas proximidades. Visite Tampa eo Aquário da Flórida, lar de 4.500 espécies animais e vegetais, com área de zonas húmidas. Passeie até ao Ybor City, o distrito cubano que costumava ser o centro de produção de charutos enrolados à mão. Esta área histórica é agora uma Spoy quente com casas noturnas, restaurantes e galerias de arte. Very nice condo

The condo is really nice, updated and right on the beach. There is a balcony that looks out over the ocean and one that looks out over the pool. My only complaint is the internet service. It’s very slow.

Awesome Condo - 40 Minute Drive From Airport

The condo is roomy and met all of our expectations. Check-in was easy, even though we arrived after the property management office was closed. One word of advice, look at the parking map enclosed in the information packet. The assigned parking spots don't seem to be arranged in any order we could make out.

Speaking of parking, the unit's parking spot is very convenient to the condo. It's right below the condo. And speaking of convenient, the condo is close to the pool area, but is situated such that you aren't bothered by any noise from pool. It's also close to the beach access.

We found the unit updated and clean when we arrived. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare any meal we made during our stay. We had four people stay and there was plenty of room. The master bedroom is very large and has a master bath with separate sink and walk-in closet. The second bedroom with two twin beds was adequate for our college-aged kids and they had their own bathroom just outside their bedroom door.

There are two balconies; one smaller balcony that overlooks the pool area and another large balcony that overlooks the Gulf. The sun doesn't hit this until the afternoon, and the sunset is awesome.

The beach was not crowded and was very clean. We rented the beach furniture for $25 a day, which is a double lounger with attached umbrella. The guys renting the furniture are not associated with the condos. It's a separate business. There is a number posted at the beach access, but they come up to you if they see you on the furniture - we just paid them cash. They place a tag with your name on the lounger.

We went to a few restaurants that were decent, but be prepared to wait if you get there between 5 and 8. I was a bit disappointed with the seafood, but perhaps I didn't go to the best places for that. We went to Conch Republic, Crabby Mike's (maybe Crabby Joe's), and Scully's in John's Pass. John's Pass was a fun day with shops, bars, and restaurants.

My wish-list for the condo: No glass at pool is strictly enforced. The condo needs plastic glasses for the pool area! I really wanted to enjoy wine by the pool, but we never got out to buy plastic wine glasses. Come to think of it, I think there were only 3 glass wine glasses. The small balcony was jammed with rusting beach furniture, so we didn't use it. This stuff really needs to be tossed.

Overall this condo was awesome. We will be back!!

Resposta do proprietário: Thanks for the great review and the helpful comments for future guests. Related to the beach chairs the sea salt on the beach takes it's toll on the metal chairs. The current chairs are less than one year old and are being replaced. We'll try using aluminum chair to see if they keep their clean appearance longer.

Unit was good - pool deck including hottub and bbqs were closed before 7pm.

The unit was as advertised, the building is well setup, and the view is absolutely fabulous. After a busy day doing activities, we were unable to come and sit in the hot tub or bbq a meal. It was highly disappointing. Pool deck closes 'at dusk' - which is 6:45 in February. I've never been to a place with such limited pool and bbq hours. It affected our stay greatly considering we actually couldn't use the amenities that were advertised.

Another great break at this condo

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and loved it just as much. The location is ideal. Who could fault waking up to that view each morning? The condo has everything you need and it is all high quality. I am sure we will be back in the future.

Rating it a 3 due to the nice view from the balcony

This condo was dirty and not well maintained as the bad odor that hit us when we first opened the door suggested. When I got up at night to use the bathroom there would be silver fish scurrying abut the floors. There were also two electrical outlet covers missing so its a good thing we didn't have young children with us. Although the bed linens in the master appeared to have been washed the sheets were stained. The master bedroom carpeting was filthy and part of the odor problem. We survived thanks to a can of citrus deodorizer.

During the stay we were awakened by plumbers who were replacing sections of the rotten sprinkler system. They came knocking a little after 8am and cut three holes in the ceiling.

Went to the rental office only to be told they didn't rent to us, the owner did so therefore they couldn't do anything. Emailed the alleged owner, a Mr. Rex Carlile that day but never received a response.

Some locals told us the company "Florida Vacation Rentals" should be avoided. They are known for poor maintenance around the community and for good reason. This owner does not appear to be any better!

The view from the balcony was awesome, too bad the balcony floor was filthy!

Resposta do proprietário: Thanks for your kind words regarding the awesome views from the balcony. Our HOA was upgrading our sprinklers to continue our building's high standard of maintenance. While the sprinkler maintenance was posted locally, offsite owners weren't notified and I apologize for any inconveniences this caused. My local rental manager company is one the largest serving the area with a great reputation for providing high quality maintenance and is responsible to respond to any concerns my guests encounter during their stay as they have in the past. My guests are welcome to contact me with any concerns as is mentioned in some other posts.

A refundable $200 security deposit will hold reservation until 30 days before arrival when the full balance is due. The deposit is refunded within 14 days after your departure provided no damage has occurred. You have the option to purchase damage protection insurance for $49-$69 per week in lieu of the deposit.

Our cancellation policy if very straight forward. 100% of your deposit is refunded until the 2nd payment is due for any reason. Once the 2nd payment is made, (i.e. 30 days before arrival on one week rentals, Note: the cancellation notice is earlier for high seasons and multiple weeks rentals as specified in the offer). If the notice is after the 2nd payment is made then refunds are only made to the extent we can find an another renter for some our all of the period you had reserved and then only to the extend of recovery, i.e. net of any additional discounts given due to last minute bookings.
