Nereid Villa is a brand new, three bedroom villa, with a truly amazing pool terrace and stunning views over the olive groves of the area, the sea, the clear blue sky and the coastal line of the island! You can admire all the typical elements that define Crete without ever leaving the Villa! But even when you wish to go out, everything you will possibly need is within walking distance…the beautiful sandy beach of Episkopi, restaurants and cafes are just 800 meters away and the closest super market is about 1 km from the Villa. To make things better, within 2-4 Kms you are able to find various types of activities such as water sports, diving centre, horse riding and boat rental!

Outside Area
The outside area of Nereid Villa is, covers 1 acre and as mentioned above, a unique place, where you'll love spending your days or relax after a busy day of sightseeing! The large stone-paved terrace boasts stunning sea and sunset views from everywhere you stand, as well as a lawn covered area with children's toys with plenty of space for the kids to play! Furthermore, a 25 m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, is waiting for you, to make you feel comfortable, while sunbathing or reading your favourite book! To make things even better a heated spa whirlpool tub can be found beside the swimming pool! Enjoy a refreshing drink and have fun with your family and friends! Additionally, BBQ facilities and a dining area under the shade of the pergola, offer a unique opportunity for al fresco dining! There are also lawn covered areas, some flowers and olive trees! Spend some quality time with your loved ones and make the most out of your stay!

Ground Floor
Nereid Villa is a two storey Villa and its interior occupies a space of 125 m2. It's wonderfully and discreetly decorated, yet very modern and practical, covering all basic needs and contemporary amenities. Nereid Villa features three lovely bedrooms (two double and one twin), one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, all located on this level. Also, each bedroom has its own outside siting area, equipped with patio furniture and offers access to the terrace and pool. An additional family bathroom with a bathtub can also be found on the ground floor.

First Floor
Located on the first floor, is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, with a beautiful open fireplace. The open plan design creates a cosy atmosphere and relaxing environment. The space is sunny and airy all day long, giving off a light, summer feeling! The large perimetric balcony with patio furniture, provides fantastic unobstructed view of the area and the sea! Dining outdoors is an experience you should definitely try and you most certainly will love! Finally, a WC also exists on this level of the Villa.

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy:

- Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | The heating of the pool & spa whirlpool is free of charge during March-May. For the rest months (June, September, October-November) there is an additional cost of 50€/day for the first two days & 35€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Location Overview.
Episkopi is a small town near to the city of Rethimno, overlooking the northern coast of Crete, and the green and fertile valley of Mousselas river. Episkopi is the administrative and commercial centre of the area, providing quite a few facilities such as tavernas, supermarkets, a bakery, an ATM machine, a post office, as well as a fish shop and a butchery.

The homonym beach Episkopi is located really close, just 5 minutes away by car, in a fertile valley with lowlands. It is a long beach, which is sandy and shallow, like most beaches of Northern Crete. It is very well organised, since there are many hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars and all the amenities one could need. In the western part of the beach you can find places with lifeguards, showers, changing rooms, umbrellas, snack bars, water sports, etc., perfect for children. However, given its large size, you can certainly find a quiet spot, especially in the eastern part. Lastly, at the beginning of the beach on the east side there is an opportunity for naturism.

Then you could visit the neighbouring village of Argiroupolis, with its springs and lush vegetation…a taste of Cretan paradise, breathtaking view for your eyes, calming water sounds from waterfalls for your ears and divine taste for your mouth!

Moreover, Lake Kournas is also located in close proximity. A beautiful freshwater lake in the midst of a mountain backdrop, you can sunbathe around the lake, there are sun beds, or if you prefer, go swimming in the lake, hire a pedalo (it takes about an hour to get all around the lake) or enjoy a meal in one of the plenty restaurants around the lake. Also, a tennis court could be found in Kournas area.

Furthermore, Petres beach is located at the eastern end of the vast beachfront of Episkopi It is named after the imposing Petres Gorge that finishes here. All around there are some facilities such as, restaurants, a diving school, etc. In the main cove of Vythos, which lies north of the others, there are umbrellas and it is less sandy. The rocky seabed is ideal for fishing and snorkelling.
