Holiday House Circe is about 80 square meters ideal to comfortably accommodate 6 people, it's an apartment on the 2nd floor, very bright with large balconies perimeter. We are in Via Valle n. 11, that is in the middle of the town a few meters from the sea and with a spectacular view. It is very central in the town and everything is within walking distance; the beach club La Lanterna included in the price is 50 meters away, the supermarket is very close, the pharmacy is under the house, the town market which is on Saturday in Sperlonga is not far away. It is a very convenient location.
Entering the house we find a hallway where the entrances for all the rooms that make up the house arrive. We are on the left the kitchen, very functional and complete and attractive components. It is complete with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, dishwasher, fridge, a comfortable table for lunch, dinner or for breakfast. A nice window overlooking the balcony perimeter filled with light throughout the room.
Opposite the kitchen is the living room, comfortable and well furnished, it has a sofa bed, a table suitable for 6 people and a TV corner. There's also a play area for children. Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach club which is the best Sperlonga beach offer for families. Here it will be at your disposal for free no. 1 umbrella + 2 beds + 1 folding chair. The plant is central to the country and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.
The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n. 100

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax came into force, fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Extra time check-in:
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times a supplement will be applied for the extra check-in of € 30.00.
A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house

A tour around
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The country owes its picturesque structure to the need to put up a defense system against pirates raging sea. How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga on the side towards Gaeta, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic Via Roma. The road will feed in Via Cristoforo Colombo and then have to turn right into Via Valle. At the beginning of Via Valle you will find the parking space closed to the public and 50 meters away you will find Casa Vacanza Circe. You can choose to get in Sperlonga also the direction finding in Rome on the Via Valle. For those arriving by train station is more functional Funds / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary by taxi and bus transportation to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
