Como chegar :: Em acoplado em Nicholasville Rd. Passe New Circle, à esquerda na Moore Drive, tomar à direita, Regency Ponto Path é entre McDonalds e Long Star Steakhouse, seu olhar para a Unidade 139 à direita da entrada.

Your car will get towed

There are parking instructions posted in 2 locations on site and included in the emailed packet prior to check in. We followed the instructions exactly. It clearly states: "The parking passes for our unit is in the table drawer next to the front door. when leaving please return them to the table. All residents must have their parking permit hanging from their rear view mirrors and visible while parked in the lot. Your space number is 43. Your primary permit number must match the parking space in which you are parked."

We had the parking pass hanging from our rear-view mirror and were parked in space 43 and our car was towed during our first night. When I contacted the owner about this, he said he would reimburse us for the towing expense. I also have a text from him confirming that he would reimburse us for the towing expense. He has later come back saying that he doesn't think he will do so.

This is a lack of good faith, a lack of clear instructions, put a large damper in our first day, and resulted in unnecessary and unfair expense on our part. So if you plan to stay here, your car will get towed. It was $129.00 to tow a full-sized car and we still do not fully understand why our car was towed. Needless to say, we do not think staying here is a good idea.

Very good safe location

The townhome was very clean and located very close to shopping and a lot of places to eat. It is gated so you do not have unwanted traffic coming through the complex. The pool is very nice with lawn chairs and tables for your use. The townhome has everything you need just bring your clothes and food. It was really nice to have the washer and dryer. Would stay here again if we are in the Lexington area.

Cute Condo

Came to Lexington for the Rolex 3 Day Event at the Horse Park with friends. The distance between the condo and the Horse park started to become a bit cumbersome after the 2nd day, so next time if I go down for an event at the Horse Park I'll probably look for something a bit closer. Also definitely need a car when staying here as it's not in a super pedestrian friendly area and it's difficult to get a cab, but there's lots of restaurants and shopping nearby just more easily accessible by car. The condo was good over all, nicely appointed with a great kitchen, but could use an extra chair in the living room. On the cleanliness side, the unit was in need of a thorough spring deep cleaning (ie: dust everything, wash the walls and steam clean the rug & carpets etc) and the lining of the bath tub was cracked and peeling off which was off putting for someone who likes a hot bath. The gated community/row house complex was lovely and it was very quiet. Unfortunately the pool was still closed for the season while we were there so we didn't get to check it out. Would have been perfect if the condo had a hot tub on the back patio!! :) Dealing with Richard was easy and efficient for the booking process and payments, and no hassle for the refund of the parking pass deposit. They were great to deal with and very professional. I would definitely consider staying again if the bath tub was fixed and the unit was thoroughly cleaned.

Very clean and in a good location!

We stayed in this town home for 4 nights when my family and I traveled to Kentucky for a Spring Break vacation. We found the town home to be exceptionally clean and we were impressed with the amenities available (cookware, extra towels and sheets, paper goods). We also found it to be very comfortable with a 'homey' feel to it. It is in an excellent location and in close proximity to a variety of stores and restaurants. Also, being that we are a family of 6, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots of storage space. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Very clean, great location, a few suggestions.

We found the place very clean and queen bed was comfortable. Pillow choice was good! I am fussy about my pillow! Kitchen was well equipped. There was NO noise from the road or neighbors. Very quiet.

As we rent, sometimes for a month or more, we felt the living room area needed another lamp. One lamp and no overhead light made it impossible for us both to sit and read in the evenings as the only light was by the front door. With only a couch and one bar stool in the room, when we had our daughter and her husband and son over there was no where to sit and talk. Tried putting another chair in front of the shell of an old camera but that pressed you up against the coffee table. Removing the antique camera shell , which takes up a large space in a smallish room, would allow for a comfortable club chair, small table and lamp completely solving the light and seating issue.

Just about everything else was perfect. If we were there for a shorter time the lighting might not be an issue. We were renting for two weeks so enjoyed evenings in the town home often. We visit Lexington for about 6 to 8 weeks every year and would rent this nice townhome again.

Cozy 2-bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath townhome close to Keeneland, downtown Lexington, and the Fayette Mall

I stayed there for three weeks with my 2 sons during a move transition. I found the townhome to be clean and spacious. The kitchen contained all the amenities that we required (refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender). The townhome contained a washer and dryer which was convenient, and cleaning supplies and paper products were also provided. The proximity to many different restaurants, groceries, and other stores was convenient as well. There is a large public park, Shillito Park, nearby that contains a walking/running trail, playground, football and baseball fields, and a disc golf course.

The owner was easy too get in contact with and was helpful for our needs. The neighbors were quiet and friendly.
