The main structure is spread over three floors in which 5 individually distinct housing units are located.
On the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen, a large relaxation lounge and a living area with a wet bar. Outside, large veranda with fantastic views of the Sibillini Mountains.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and two lodgings consisting of bedroom, bathroom and relaxation lounge area with specific kitchenette.
On the second floor two bedrooms with services.
The housing units equipped with independent heating can be used separately or as part of the entire structure.
Outside a large garden and a 5x10 swimming pool with adjacent 3x5 children's pool. The surrounding area, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a shower, overlooks a wellness area with a SPA whirlpool bath, sauna, shower and services. A large window frames a splendid landscape dotted with small towns and the Sibillini Mountains in the background.
