Villa Ruth is located in Playa Blanca in the south of the island of Lanzarote. Playa Blanca is one of the finest tourist resorts, perfect for families and boasts the warmest weather.

Villa Ruth is a privately owned and maintained modern villa with a large private pool ( 8 x 5 metres ) in its own garden. It is situated on a very quiet street and is set back from the road with its own private entrance gate. There is ample parking.

The villa provides spacious single story living for up to 6 guests. Surrounding the pool there are comfortable loungers for each guest and a large double terrace with a built-in BBQ and dining table for al fresco dining.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across 2 levels within the villa: On the upper level there is a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and one full bathroom, on the lower level there is a bedroom with a king size bed and another area for another 1 single bed for extra guests if requires. This area also has access to the pool and terrace.

There is ample dining space inside and out. A well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. In the main lounge area there is a flat-screen TV with DVD player. This villa is perfect for large families or couples who wish to share.
There is free WIFI internet access in the villa.

Lovely Villa ❤

We have stayed in this villa twice now and both times have had a wonderful time. Ruth was very helpful and extremely accomodating. We especially loved the outside space and lovely pool. I have 2 teenage kids and the basement annex was ideal as they had their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were all very comfortable. T.V and Wi-Fi connection were both excellent, which when holidaying with teenage children is a necessity! 😁

Beautiful villa!

The photos on the site were beautiful, but we still were very surprised when we arrived at the house. It was beautiful and everything we needed was available. Beds are very good. Kitchen was very complete! When we came in, there was a welcome package, very kind. Ruth came a few times during our holiday to check if everything was still in order. She also give good advise about the island. It is a semi-detached villa which is quite useful to know. One day we had neighbours and you hear some scratching of furniture. The other days we had no neighbours so it was very quit, lovely. The big swimmingpool was also very nice! The outside seating area is awesome, you can really chill out there. You can sit by the private swimmingpool, or with the bbq, in the sun, in the shadow, it is awesome. There was enough privacy despite the houses are close by. Wifi connection was very good! You are only 2 kilometers away from the sea and Playa Blanca, but renting a car is needed. Playa Blanca is a nice place. There are also enough supermarkets. We had a beautiful time in Lanzarote, it's lovely to be there in february, the temperature is wonderful.
