We stayed at the condo in April and it was even better than expected. The view is as good as it gets and the condo was super. Their are several places within walking distance to eat. The Lazy Croc Barbaque was outstanding

and inexpensive at the same time. Towards town is Akbol with very good healthy food that my girlfriend loved, oh yea cheap beer also (my health food). The owner Keith gave me the names of some people to look up for fishing and snorkeling. Josh right behind the condo was great taking us out in his boat. I like to dive and snorkel and Belize is the perfect spot. If you want a beautiful condo with a great view, like to fish, snorkel, dive or just relax by the pool after a walk on the beach then you will love this spot.

This condo is excellent! My friend and I had a wonderful time. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The place is even better than advertised in the photos which don't do it justice. It is spacious, clean, with a modern kitchen and appliances. Both bedrooms have queen beds that are very comfortable, and each room has its own clean and modern bathroom (mine even had a Jacuzzi tub). There is a huge patio porch and a nice pool and dock right there. And the air conditioning works perfectly.

The location is fantastic, it is a about a 12 minute golf cart ride into town. The best part about it is the ease and smoothness of the process that Barb and Keith have set up. The property manager is professional and responsive, you get picked up at the airport by Armando who then takes you to get groceries, and Diego and the security guard (forgot his name) are awesome. I would go there again in a heartbeat and miss it already!

If you're hesitating at all, don't. This place is awesome. It's loaded with features, entertainment, wifi, beautiful bathrooms, huge kitchen fully supplied, huge living room with music, huge porch that opens onto the huge pool, even a grill perfect for burgers from Lino's. The owners have decorated tastefully. The property is magnificent, the view fantastic. Reserve with confidence.

Made me want to move there

My boyfriend and I stayed here the first week of March with another couple. We were picked up at the Airport in San Pedro by Armando and were able to hit a store for some basics before riding in a boat to the condo. The condo was beautiful we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom and even the living room had their own air conditioners and everything was very clean and well maintained. The view was beautiful and the pool and grounds were well taken care of. The security guard Ronald was really nice and a big help flagging down the water taxi at 5:30 AM when we had to get up very early for a day long snorkling adventure trip to the blue hole, two other locations and to visit the Red Footed Boobie preserve. There were two guys that came in a golf cart a couple of the days we were there, selling fruits and veggies and in the morning there was a guy that was selling breakfast burritos on his bike. We hit almost all the resturants Keith had listed we really loved the Palapa Bar. I loved doing yoga at AkBol it was an hour and a half for $15 US you can't get that in the US! We hired John for a day, we fished in the morning and snorkled in the early afternoon and he even prepared a dinner of the fish we caught. We had Jerry from Jerry's Taxi take us to town and he helped us get a golf cart for the week and cheap! We enjoyed exploring the island, the resturants and bars and even took the water taxi to Caye Caulker for the afternoon. The owner and even the management staff were in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't wait to go back I highly recommend this place! You will love it!

the home was awesome, everything you see in the photos about the house and pool are right.

We loved the place we stayed at, a little dissapointed at how the beaches of San Pedro were kept up. The weather was absolutely perfect and the restaurants were very good, the average price for two and a couple of drinks for each will run you about 80-90 dollars. An avereage hamberger is about 12.00 american money. All in All I would give San Pedro a 6 oout of 10 because I'm a water lover and it let me down.
