Totalmente remodelado condomínio à beira-mar de frente para sudoeste com vista para a praia a partir do quarto principal e sala de estar. Wi-Fi no aparelho. Grande cozinha está aberta para o lado da baía, mas vê a praia também. A entrada principal passarela tem uma porta de tela para permitir a brisa maravilhosa para manter as coisas fresco. Acesse a praia diretamente da piscina ou a entrada lateral sul. Estamos no fim do norte de Marco Island e é o último complexo de condomínio na praia. Diretamente para o nosso norte é a praia de Tigertail e lagoa. Indo ao redor da lagoa e ao norte é uma duas milhas da praia desabitada natural, que se estende ao norte e, eventualmente, envolve a extremidade norte de Marco Island. Este trecho da praia e da lagoa Tigertail são, talvez, as áreas de praia de topo para observação da vida selvagem. Uma série de pernaltas e pássaros da costa freqüentam a área, com grande pesca, descasque e andar.
Aluguer para caiaques, pedalinhos, etc pode ser encontrado em Tigertail, e indo para o sul há jet skis e parasailing de ser encontrado no Marriott.
I stayed in this unit in April. What a find. The condo is very clean and quite. I liked the view from the balcony and the chairs were very comfortable...not plastic. Even though I did not cook (because on vacation you go out to eat) the kitchen was really nice. Tray ceilings was really nice. The best part was the cross ventilation. I had the screen door opened with the screen balcony doors. The breeze was to die for.
I highly recommend this condo. Very much like being home. Hope to go back next Arpil. Marian
From picking up our keys to dropping them off, everything was better than expected. This unit has a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The owners are kind enough to have anything you may need for a beach vacation and didn't want to pack which makes a big difference (beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, beach towels.......just bring your sunscreen) and your set. Very peaceful atmosphere, quite, private, yet close to many great restaurants and other local activities. I highly recommend this property and thank the owners for making it available to us.
The apt was very clean. It is nothing fancy at all but it was very functional. The baths were nicely done, the kitchen was all new as well. Not top of the line but decent quality and large enough to do cooking. Decently stocked with kitchen supplies. The bed and LR furniture was OK, nothing extra special but clean and comfy. The view was very nice. You can watch the waves while you cook, eat or relax in the LR. The balcony was large, we ate almost every meal out there.
The walk to the beach is short but the beach itself is very wide. It takes about 5 minutes on the beach to get to the water. But the sand is white and clean and there are tons of shells and interesting creatures (especially in the early morning).
The pool was pretty crowded, the water was very warm. Again, it was well-kept. They are kind of strict with the rules. No floaties until after 4 PM, no jumping, etc.
There are lots of elderly people there. Which is neither here nor there for some, but I'd thought I'd mention it. It's not a "happening" place. But good for kids because of the pool, lovely beach and pond where you can look for creatures.
Laundry is down the hall. No problems there.
Oh, the walls are VERY thin. You can hear people using the bathroom, kind of gross. My kids made some noise and sometimes that bothered me that I felt like I had to keep them quiet, knowing that my neighbors could probably hear all.
We didn't go out to eat so can't comment there. But, we did do a few trips to the Everglades. Fun for the kids.
Overall, for the money, it was sufficient. Nothing fancy at all but an enjoyable, economical trip.
A trip into Naples is worth it too.
Marco Island é apenas uma meia hora ao sul de Naples e está ligado por uma ponte para o continente. Tem duas comunidades adjacentes, ilhas de Capri e Goodland em ambos os lados da mesma. Além de todas as atividades relacionadas com a praia, há grandes lojas, tanto na ilha e em Nápoles. Há uma lista interminável de restaurantes com tudo, desde jantares finos a cabanas Chickie no oceano. Aluguel de barcos e cartas de pesca podem ser encontrados nas marinas da ilha, e Collier County tem um grande número de oportunidades de golfe. Aluguel de caiaque em ilhas de Capri pode levar você a nos extensos mangue alinhado ilhas e praias desertas nos arredores de Marco.
