PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Emerald View condo brings the colors of the sea and beach inside to provide a relaxing, beachy vacation retreat. This two-bedroom condo, was upgraded with all new furniture, bedding, rugs, and window treatments in 2022 along with new paint. Local art and photos taken around Aruba adorn the walls.
It is ideally furnished to maximize sleeping capacity. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a built-in closet. A second full bathroom is in the hallway. There is a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer. The living room contains a queen-size sofa-bed as an optional sleeping area. The new (installed in 2024) fully equipped kitchen has 4-seat counter dining. A new refrigerator and microwave were also updated in 2023.
Additionally, there is a regular balcony stretching across the living room and the primary bedroom with a spectacular ocean view. This unit provides you with 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. A code-lock safe, two cable TVs (in the living room and primary bedroom), and free wireless internet, are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm building on the fourth floor. -Sleeps max 6.
