The large communal swimming pool with paddling pool and the beautiful communal garden are ideal for a family with children. Right in front of the residential complex there is a bus stop, so you can reach the center of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and bars without a car. Several supermarkets, bars, restaurants and clubs are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
