This high quality bungalow(76 m2) is situated in the exclusive urbanization of Bacon al Mar 1 between Guardamar del Segura (3km) and Torrevieja( La Mata, 1,5 km) and separated from the sea only by a pine forest,. It is 30 minutes drive south of Alicante airport and 45 minutes north of Murcia airport. An accommodation consists of the living room and dining area, kitchen and utility area with a washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower, W.C., wash basin . This house has air conditioning, both cooling and heating. Also you can use an Internet .

The bungalow has a terrace and a balcony with nice views. A dining table and chairs are available there. On the balcony it is very pleasant to have breakfast and also to have supper watching sunsets. The roof top solarium for private sunbathing has a BBQ facilities.

The closest sandy beach is only 5 minutes walk. There are bar and restaurant near with evening entertainment, only 300 m walk from the bungalow. The closest town of La Mata with supermarkets, bars, restaurants is 1,5 km away. All the same you can find in Guardamar.

The main shopping town of Torrevieja, which also has beaches and nightlife, is 10 minutes away. The local Sunday morning market is a 3 minute drive or twenty minute stroll.

The location is ideal both for family, beach type holidays and for golfing holidays. The nearest golf (Rojales) is 10 minutes, further golf courses are within 20 minutes. Tennis and soccer pitches, mini-golf, a communal swimming pool, restaurant is available in Pinomar ( 500 m) and also in La Mata and Guardamar. Also you can enjoy horse riding and fishing nearby.

You can enjoy long beach walks and cycling trips to La Mata and Guardamar as well as to the nearby nature park salt lake. If you haven't got a car our representative will take you to supermarket (for 10 euro) and will offer you some excursions to Alicante and its inviting old town, Murcia, Elche, Benidorm or Cartagena.
Final cleaning - 50 euro.

Wunderbar

Ein richtig schönes Haus neben einem Wald und Meer nicht weit von La Mata. Man muss nicht mal 5 Minuten lang laufen um zu baden. Es gibt ein kleines Garten vorne was ich sehr angenehm fand. Noch angenehmer fand ich, dass es eine Veranda gibt, wo man bilderhafte Landschaft und atemberaubender Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Als wir gekommen sind, war es sauber. Schöner und komfortabler Aufenthalt. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis würde ich sagen. Ich werde es weiterempfehlen.

Einfache Unterkunft mit schönen Naturstränden

Wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus teilweise wohl gefühlt und teilweise auch nicht. Die einfache Ausstattung der Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad reicht für einen Urlaub mit wenig Ansprüchen durchaus aus. Die kleine Terasse vor der Küche hat uns den ganzen Tag die Möglichkeit gegeben in der Sonne zu sitzen, zu essen und zu entspannen. Zum Entspannen hätten wir uns natürlich gerne eine Liege oder einen Liegestuhl gewünscht. Hier fanden wir nur einfache Plastikstühle ohne Auflagen. Entspannen und zur Ruhe kommen war in den Betten ebenfalls nicht möglich. Damit die harten Sprungfedern weniger schmerzhaft waren, haben wir alle vorhandenen Bettdecken als Unterlage genutzt. Mein Mann konnte dann einiger Maßen schlafen. Doch ich konnte keine Nacht durchschlafen. Hier fehlen gute Matratzenauflagen. Entspannung fanden wir am Meer. Wir hatten im April das Glück 4 schöne Strandtage zu haben. Hier liegt das Haus sehr günstig. Ein Fußweg von 5 Min. brachte uns an den schönen Naturstrand. Weitere 15 Min. am Meer fand sich ein nettes Cafe am Strand. Auch waren die beiden Orte La Mata und Guardemar am Strand innerhalb von 20 Min. erreichbar. Insgesamt versöhnte uns die gute Umgebung mit dem nicht so guten Komfort des Hauses.

disappointing and very poor beds

The bungalow is situated on a beautiful place. You can walk to the beach, delicious. But it is no high standard bungalow. A lot of things are up for renewal, but certainly the beds. We lay directly on the steel springs that we felt through the mattress back. There was no bbq as promised. The owner was very quickly in his awnsers before the booking, but after that he didn't awnser any mails. The communication with the caretakers was very difficult. They are not speaking enough English and they answer their phone poorly. We should not recommend this property before there are made some serious improvements. Jeske and Vincent

Sehr schönes Haus!!! Wie beschrieben!

Wir waren im September 2016 eine Woche. Die Lage ist super! Für alle, die Ruhe und schönen Meerstrand suchen. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Not as per description

This place is very cousy and clean small villa...however there is no swimming pool or internet as stated on description,nice roof top terrace,but no canopy or anything above your head to make place cooler in the heat...so was no BBQ for us,the sea is close from the property and nice pine forest.If you want to stay here the car is needed, or taxi to get your food shoping-no shops around at all!Sunday market is unreachable by walk,becouse of the narrow road was to danger to walk with the child.Again if you have a car it's OK,but take into account no there is no swimming pool when you want to cool down or internet.Will we go back?No,as it didn't satisfied our needings.
