The property is perched on a hilltop with 180 degree views of the meadows &, meandering brook below and the nearby hills that escalate into the sweeping Catskill mountains.160 acres of land previously part of the compound but now donated as forever wild, you won’t want to leave the grounds and your well behaved pet certainly won’t. Fully-equipped open kitchen with dining area(seats 8),pool table, 2Bose Ipod stereos, jacuzzi,50'Plasma, etc.etc
Onsite you will enjoy the expansive deck with its 6 person built in Jacuzzi hot tub and a nearly new oversized Weber gas grill. An outside dining table carved out of bluestone as well as swinging couches, rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs with foot rests complete the picture. We also have a toddler swing in a nearby tree as well as a relaxing hammock

SNOWSHOEING - Shake off that cabin fever which winter normally brings. Trek along the winter wonderland on a set of snowshoes while experiencing the forest with its winter blanket.
CAMPING - Come on an adventure that you will tell grandchildren. Camp out in the wilderness. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets, hiking, fishing, bird watching, or other activities.
BACKPACKING - Enjoy a journey on foot through the forest while camping along the way.
