Queen bed in master bedroom and two full beds in the guest bedroom, plus queen sleeper sofa and single folding cot. Two spacious terraces, and spectacular views of the golf course, lake and mountains. Villas has 24/7 secure access control, large shared swimming pool, and is barely 2 minute walk to private beach, and the Wyndham Garden Hotel/casino/restaurant. Choose gourmet dining, seaside golfing on the Palms and Flamboyán courses, plenty of tennis courts and horseback riding or simply enjoy at the Casino. Less than an hour's drive from San Juan, Palmas del Mar is a stunning 2,750-acre resort on more than three miles of palm tree-lined beach on the Caribbean Sea.

In San Juan, enjoy high-end designer shops, cobble stone streets, cruise ships, Hard Rock Cafe, and the sensuous nightlife on Isla Verde.. While Palmas has a network of roads throughout, renting a FOUR-PERSON GOLF CART and using the extensive golf cart paths adds a Disney-like experience to your stay. No matter where you stay in Palmas, it is the golf carts that go everywhere especially the beach where cars can't access. There is golf cart parking right in front of the villa and we will assist with arrangements for rental.

Worth it!

The pictures don't do the villa justice. The beach is a quick walk across the street and down a path. The pool is outstanding. I'm giving 5 stars because the beds are the extremely comfortable and because of the large dehumidifier that keeps the villa at a very comfortable 55% humidity as long as you empty the bucket in the morning and before you go to bed. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay

Sarah and Victor’s property was just as pictured and, in particular, we really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch, with its views of the golf course, lake, and wildlife. Weather in May was hot, so we needed the AC, but that worked fine. Condo was well stocked with necessities. We like the Palmas del Mar community, and Fairlakes Village is across the street from each beach access ... and it also has a nice pool. Apartment was generally clean, though there were a couple of small issues, such as dusty ceiling fans. However, when we called Sarah about that, she arranged right away to the condo recleaned. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

Close to beach, resturaunts and casino. Beautiful villa over looking the golf course and lake.

The property is beautiful and well maintained.

The Villa was first class all the way. Much more comfortable than a luxury hotel. The proximity to the beach, pool and restaurants was great. It all made for a great and relaxing vacation.

A truly perfect place to stay!!

From the start, Sarah was truly very accommodating. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and my first time to use VRBO. She was always ready to answer all my questions and her disarming nature during our phone conversations put me at ease right away. She had directions to the villa and her detailed sheet of information regarding nearby restaurants, groceries, amenities and activities proved extremely helpful. The villa itself is perfect - just as pictured on the site. When we walked through the door for the first time, we felt right at home. There is a tangible sense of warmth and security. Sarah's villa is complete with the essentials and even more. Her thoughtfulness is seen in her little touches of toiletry essentials - much like one would see at hotels. With her well stocked linen and kitchen cabinets, there is no need for anything else - except your food, of course. My teenage sons and I enjoyed feeding the turtles, birds, and ducks that live on the pond that runs at the back of the property. The golf carts were a huge hit with my husband and our sons as well. The pool is nearby and the private beach is a short walk away. We are so thankful to have found Sarah and Victor's villa. We hope to return to Palmas del Mar and stay at Sarah and Victor's villa again next year!
