Master bedroom with queen sized bed and bedroom with 2 twin beds are on the first floor. 3rd Bedroom with twin beds is on the second floor. 2nd floor bath. 5 minute walk on Harbor Village's footpath to sandy ocean beaches. This is a privately owned cottage with onsite management and linen service provided.

Harbor Village is a quiet, secluded village of Cape style cottages, located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannisport. This 17-acre peninsula is a place of natural beauty, studded with pine trees, with a cool sandy path leading to the ocean beach. Our private footpath to the beach bridges a creek bed with wild flowers - a good spot to eavesdrop on nature at sunrise. Emerge from the path, cross tiny Ocean Avenue and set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 to 75 degrees. The excitement of downtown Hyannis is less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from the Ocean Street docks, one mile from our gate. Stroll through the village of Hyannisport which is also a short walk from the cottage.
