O aluguer é uma confortável unidade aconchegante, limpo dentro de um 5-7 minutos a pé da entrada para a praia públicos e fica a uma quadra da estrada da praia principal (com serviço regular de autocarros de e para Bridgetown). Praia de areia Lane (uma das melhores praias da costa oeste de Barbados) é uma caminhada de 10 minutos adicionais a partir do condomínio. Holetown (a segunda maior cidade em Barbados) fica a 7 minutos a pé ao norte do condomínio com serviços locais disponíveis, como supermercados, restaurantes, postos de saúde e do novo Centro Comercial Limegrove com grandes lojas de luxo (Louis Vutton, etc.), um novo cinema, restaurantes, etc.

O condomínio fica imediatamente ao lado do sol shopping que tem um banco local, uma loja livre grande dever (Caverna Sheppard), loja de fotografia (com serviço de Internet) e outras lojas menores. Há também um mini-shopping center em frente que tem uma loja de conveniência e um café (com acesso gratuito à Internet). Macacos verdes também podem ser vistos no bairro, especialmente no início da manhã perto da Europa All Seasons Resort (2 quadra do condomínio). Eles normalmente se alimentam pela área de barranco (pedir os moradores locais onde a identificá-los!).

Há também um novo Boardwalk marca (concluído em Dezembro de 2013) à beira-mar que se estende desde a praia local, em direcção norte em direção Holetown e além e é o lar de praias adicionais e bares à beira-mar e restaurantes (cerca de 1 km. Para Holetown ). Este Boardwalk também foi recentemente estendido para além Holetown e agora prevê um fabuloso caminhada (45 min a 1 hora) toda a maneira para o norte em direção Speightstown e é uma adição fantástica de coisas para fazer na nossa área local.

Well equipped condo in a good location

We stayed at Rob & Fay's condo in November 2016. Rob was very quick to respond to our initial enquiries and even sent links to some videos which he had put on youtube where he shows what is in it, and the surrounding area, which we found very helpful.

It is very well equipped and had pretty much everything we required. The shopper was particularly appreciated for trips to and from the supermarket. The kitchen is definitely a 'single person' kitchen, but there's everything you need - a good selection of pots, pans, utensils, fridge, freezer, oven etc. We found that the toaster kept setting off the smoke alarm, (you need to press the button in the middle to silence it) and (a tip) if you're cooking a lot it's helpful to use one of the provided fans to blow air into the kitchen area.

The bedroom had free A/C which was appreciated and an extremely comfortable bed.

The nearest beach is about 5 mins walk away - we found it easiest to walk along Flamboyant Ave & then turn down a small paved track towards the main road - cross over & the access to the beach is just about opposite.

It's easy to get into Holetown too, which takes about 10 minutes. Once again walk along Flamboyant Ave & then just carry on through the car park & past the Chattel Village.

Sarah, the property manager, was very helpful, Bonita the maid kept the place nice & clean and the taxi (Patrick) which was organised for us from the airport was excellent too.

We really liked the apartment and the very convenient location and hope to be able to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Great Owners and Great Loacation!

Great budget accommodation in an excellent location. Very close to coffe shops, restaurant, convenience/beach shop, bank, duty free shopping, bus stops ...and more importantly, right by Cheryl's food truck with delicious food, and only about a 5 minute or less walk to the beach! Owner and property manager were also very reliable and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

recommended budget apartment

The apartment selected from the cheapest ones was a perfect choice, both for the position and for comfort.

The bed is comfortable and the shower is large and doesen't flood the bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook any dish.

The living room has a sofa that turns into bed that we used to sleep the child .

The house is quite warm , but equipped with air conditioning and fans .

The veranda is equipped with barbeque , but we have not used .

Two steps away there's the Beach House , a club with swimming pool and easy access to the beach . Free Wifi is useful for updating your social networks .

A few meters away you can find restaurants and supermarkets , and if you are fussy then there is also Luis Vuitton.

Your travel time in August was an extremely hot time of the year to visit Barbados so it was unavoidable that you would find the condo hot at that time of the year. It is for that reason that we have air conditioning in the bedroom and the use of the A/C is included in the cost of the booking. Most places with A/C in Sunset Crest charge extra for its use but we do not. Finally, while we are a "budget" type accommodation, we do try to provide everything that a guest would need to be comfortable and to truly have a wonderful stay in Barbados and we are extremely happy that you were able to enjoy your stay. We look forward to a time in the future where you might want to visit Barbados once again and we might be able to assist in you having a great holiday there sometime in the future. An excellent self catering base

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Condo and enjoyed every minute, over the last 17 years we have rented several apartments / condos and to be honest this is the best so far and would return on our next visit.The accommodation is clean and has everything you would need, the added bonus was the air conditioning in the bedroom,we had many comfortable nights of sleep and in the daytime it cooled the whole of the property.

We are very familiar with the area and this was a perfect base for us. In addition I would like to add that Sarah and Beunita are both very warm and welcoming which is not always the case when renting a property.

Would recommend a visit.

Home Away From Home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The condo was truly a home away from home. It was equipped with everything I needed and was close to EVERYTHING (supermarket, bus, banks, coffee shop, convenience store, shopping, beach, pool, you name it!). The owner, Rob, gave outstanding customer service from the time I booked the reservation and it continued right up until I checked in. He gave such helpful, and detailed information that made me feel so comfortable and confident that I made a great choice by choosing to stay at his condo. The only thing is I wished it had it's own Wi-Fi. I tried to pick up the free Wi-Fi from the coffee shop across the street but it was very unstable and weak inside the condo and even on the patio most times. Other than that, everything was great. I most definitely will stay at the condo again in the future. I am actually looking forward to it right now and I just got home last night! Definitely worth the price. You won't regret it!

We are always humbled when we get this kind of response for what is, essentially, a budget accommodation in Barbados. Fortunately for us, the condo is in a great location and we do otherwise try to ensure that we provide the best customer service that we can manage. We do know that having to rely on the free internet service from the coffee shop across the street is a weakness with respect to the features that we offer but that is one of the ways that we manage to keep our rental rates the lowest possible for our area. There is also free internet at the Beach Club (that is a 7 minute walk from the condo and that we provide access to for our guests during their stay) but, unfortunately, as you know, they were closed for renovations during the time of your stay at the condo. In addition, there is also free internet at the mall where the supermarket is located (10 minute walk from the condo) so there are a few other options for internet access in the area nearby. However, in the future, if we are able to figure out a way to provide internet service directly at the condo without having to raise our rental rates excessively, we assure you that we will do so. Thank you once again for taking the time and trouble to provide a guest review and we look forward to a time in the future when we might be able to assist you with a future trip to Barbados. Excellent value and great location!

I had spent most of my holiday budget on getting to Barbados (from UK) so I knew from the outset that I was looking for a budget (self catering) apartment. Further I was travelling with my 13 year old daughter so also wanted somewhere that was clean and tidy, safe and secure, as well as closeby to things to do. I really couldn't have asked for anything more with this apartment! Rob and Fay were readily to hand to answer my myriad of questions and concerns with openness. Rob sends you video footage so you can really see what you are getting (both in the cottage and in the locality) in the utmost detail, so there are no surprises and you have realistic expectations. In the apartment we really valued the aircon and fans to help cool us as well as the range of up to date DVDs and the comfy armchairs and sofa (not always a given in holiday rentals). We weren't out often or late in the evening so that was great for us. The patio was pleasant too: spacious and secure. It really had everything we needed and fitted our requirements perfectly..

What I also appreciated - alongside its affordable nature - was its location. After seeing various places on the island snorkelling at nearby Beachlands was still our favourite activity and so close! We also enjoyed the access to the beach club (though only once as beaches are all so beautiful) and loved going to Surfside beach bar for sundowners, walking the boardwalk, wading to Sandy Lane bay, getting about on reggae buses, window shopping closeby at malls (Limegrove and Sunset), cinema (you can order snacks and drinks to your table!). The supermarket being close by too within walking distance was really helpful.

From my perspective this is an excellent value apartment so If you too are looking for somewhere affordable then this is just the ticket! I'm hoarding my pennies until I can visit again!

A propriedade está localizada na melhor localização em Barbados (Costa Oeste), onde a natação é o mais seguro eo oceano não é tão selvagem e perigoso como a costa leste. Também está localizado em Sunset Crest, que é o maior bairro em Holetown (2 ª maior cidade em Barbados). Sunset Crest é também o bairro imediatamente ao norte de Sandy Lane que é um dos bairros mais exclusivos de Barbados e tem a facilidade de golfe Sandy Lane, um campo de golfe de renome mundial!

A praia imediatamente perto do condomínio (de 5 a 7 minutos a pé) é também o lar de um recife que é o principal local de mergulho na área e abriga inúmeras variedades de peixes coloridos e locais a tartaruga ocasional. O Boardwalk costa oeste recém-construído (concluído dezembro 2013) também é executado a partir da praia todo o caminho até Holetown e além e tem bares e restaurantes à beira-mar, bem como pequenas praias adicionais ao longo do caminho.
