Villa Crispina B is a cozy apartment that is part of a villa with a view of the sea and of the Bay of Naples. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in the center of Colli di Fontanelle, where you will find a restaurant, a grocery store and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus.
Villa Crispina B is located on the garden level. You will reach it without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Crispina B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Villa Crispina is a modern and elegant three-storey villa. The villa overlook a garden facing the sea. The upper part of the villa is reserved to the owners, who live in the house. The owners, a friendly couple, will be available to help you whenever you need with all their discretion.

You will live your vacation in a unique residence due to its extraordinary panorama of the coast of Sorrento, which you can enjoy from the house.

The villa is located on the ‘saddle’ of a narrow range of mountains which divides the Coast of Sorrento from that of Amalfi, which will allow you to enjoy the Gulf of Naples with the spectacular cone of the Mount Vesuvius on one side and the sea and the Coast of Amalfi on the other. You will have large outdoor spaces with well-cared-for lawns rich in flowers.

You will be able to relax outdoors in the garden or next to the large swimming pool and have a panorama of extraordinary beauty before your eyes throughout your whole vacation: you will enjoy sunrise over the Gulf of Salerno in the morning and sunset over the Gulf of Naples in the evening!Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
 Garden
The garden is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from a corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
