Here is what is NEW so far in this year of 2020: on the exterior: new balcony railings & floor, and new walkways, staircases & railings throughout the Resort (in addition to our elevators). On the interior: Countertop Toaster Oven Broiler (Cuisinart 7 Cooking Options). (in addition to Electric Stove Oven and Microwave Oven). ALSO, new rug in common area, as well as a new sideboard beneath the 50 inch Samsung Smart TV.

Here Is what was new in 2019 in this fine condo. Fiber optic cables bring an extensive selection of Dish TV channels, streaming services (you must have your own subscriptions), and reliable internet service. Second, a new Whirlpool refrigerator with ice maker and exterior filtered water dispenser is in place.
