Palms of Treasure Island - Marca unidade muito bem decorados, novo que enfrentam a água intercostal, 1º andar (estacionamento subterrâneo torna como um 2º andar) com vista para piscina e bay - 2 quartos, 2 banheiros - e dorme 4-5 pessoas - Master: cama de casal ( 2) com banheira de hidromassagem, 2 quartos: cama de casal com cama de rodízio (3), e sofá, se necessário.
Vistas espetaculares de toda a unidade e varanda, muito brilhante e convidativo. Grande arquitetura mediterrânea aproximadamente 1000 pés quadrados com varanda mobilada coberto; cadeiras mesa / lounge. Esta unidade tem todos os móveis novos com piso de travertino com carpete nos quartos, 9 pés tectos e sancas.
Cozinha completa com todos os acessórios de cozinha, utensílios de aço inoxidável, e bancadas de granito na cozinha e banheiros. Lavadora / secadora, por cabo, 3 TV de tela plana w / DVD, estéreo e internet sem fio. Atravesse a rua para a praia ou 2 milhas do St. Johns Pass e marina. Inúmeros restaurantes, conveniência e supermercados.

We stayed in this lovely condo for most of the month of February 2018. It has a wonderful view of the inter coastal waterway with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We got some great sunrise photos from there. And saw dolphins on many occasions. The unit had some dated features. The master bathroom needs a deep cleaning. I washed the shower curtain as is was scummy, and the bathtub had orange deposits around the spa outlets. There was minimal cleaning supplies for a long stay and the vacumn cleaner left the rug dirtier than before. The dishwasher was hard to operate, was not well secured in its spot, and very loud when it ran. The kitchen was adequately stocked. My main complaint is something that John has no control over: the complex is a smoking building. People smoked under our balcony often, which for us non smokers was unpleasant. This unit is nonsmoking, and we appreciated that. Lastly, we understand the condo association is considering adding recycling to the building. Please vote for it! We hated tossing our recycling into the trash. Overall, the location was excellent. Right next to Publix, an easy walk across Gulf Blvd to get to the beach, and a close walk to the Friday Farmers Market, retail stores and restaurants.
Although the building, location and view was great, the condo itself left a little to be desired. Waited till the 4:00 PM check in and still found the place less than clean. Floors dirty, rugs in bath looked as if never washed. Dishes in dishwasher and towels (clean or dirty) left in washer. Several light bulbs burnt out. Linens pretty worn, no dish cloths. Have stayed in this building in another unit and did not have these issues. Also, arrived after cold spell and being on first floor the floors were very cold. Overall needs some updating and good cleaning.

Loved the condo. It was bright, clean and spacious. Walking distance from Publix and the beach.
Beautiful clean condo with all the amenities needed close to the beach large swimming pool close to attractions personal service and help with problems and questions from John and the front desk would stay again
This was a disapointing rental - Posted as Luxury - not even close to standard. No stars here only XXXXX.
We arrived a little early thankfully and met the ownrer who was doing some repairs in the unit. He was replacing a shower head. He also brought some new pillows. When we entered the unit the first thing I notce were the foors they were dirty, the celing fans were so caked with dirt they looked like there was fur on them, there was a leak in the celing from the unit above over the kitchen counter, and this was fithy from the leak. The owner did call the cleaner back who did remove the "fur' from the fans and did clean the kitchen counter.
The rest of the unit was poor at best- towels were almost thread bear and no beach towels were provided.
The cleaner did provide newer towels a few days later still no brach towels. The kitchen dishes and cutlery were filthy and we had to re wash anything we were going to use. The microwavenever worked while we were there, the coffee maker was extremly dirty and looked like it had not been washed for a very long time.
The patio furniture was poor at best and appeared to never have been cleaned we needed to clean it prior to using. The balcony had a great view but had not been swept or mopped.
The pool in the builting was only cleaned once during our stay, (20 days) and no attenpt to clean around the pool and the birds and the ducks were in the pool every day as there were no deternants for birds to enter.
The elevator in the building - there is only one - and the building is not small takes forever to come, it was a real issue for us as my Mom needs assistance to walk. Most of the vactioners used the stairs,
The location is great every thing else poor.
Here is the definition of luxury : indulgence in and enjoyment of rich, comfortable, and sumptuous living. None of which you will find in this vacation rental.

New Publix mercearia ao lado é um ótimo convienience, Wallgreens farmácia, pizza, sorvete, e vários restaurantes todos a curta distância. St Johns Passe 1 1/2 milhas ao norte na Gulf Blvd, onde vários restaurantes, incluindo Hooters, Bubba Gump Shrimp, frutos do mar locais, áreas comerciais exclusivas, aluguel de barcos e jet ski, barco grandes cruzeiros jantar, etc. Pegue o bonde ou de carro, diversão para toda a família. Caddy é na praia, um pequeno restaurante é uma caminhada de 10 minutos ao sul e à direita na praia, café da manhã, almoço ou jantar, praia casual.
