The apartment is modern and well equipped with large windows offering plenty of natural light. For those not wishing to engage in outdoor activities, it is the perfect place to relax and peacefully read a book. The open plan living room/ kitchen offers guests an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, wall mounted TV, DVD player, docking station, coffee table, 2-seater leather settee, an easy chair, beanbag chair, dining table with 4 chairs and a set of shelves. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lights, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, a mirror, a blanket box with en-suite. The en-suite has a shower, WC and washbasin. Other: Large hall cupboard. The outside has communal landscaped grounds.

A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. Please note that the property is within a 5-minute drive from the city centre. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day.
No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
