This luxurious 5 bedroom villa sleeps up to 10 people. It is split over 3 levels and modernly furnished throughout, with 2 living areas and en-suites off all the bedrooms. Each room is bright and spacious, with plenty of natural light coming into the villa.

Set up on a hill with breathtaking views of Hisarönü, Babadağ mountain and the sea, this large villa allows you to be away from all the hustle and bustle, so that you can have a completely relaxing holiday. Its' private pool and garden are peaceful areas for you and your family to enjoy the summer weather. There is also a sizeable shaded terrace complete with a BBQ area, perfect for dining alfresco and escaping the Turkish heat.

Situated just off the second road through Ovacik, in an area of outstanding beauty overlooking the nearby Taurus mountain range, the position offers easy access to local amenities, as well as being superbly located for ease of travel to the nearby party town of Hisarönü (5 minutes' drive); cosmopolitan city of Fethiye (10 minutes' drive) or Ölüdeniz Blue Lagoon (10 minutes' drive) beach resort on the Turkish Riviera.

Excursions from the area are plentiful, there will be a welcome meeting provided by an English speaking tourist guide to inform you about the local area, car hire and any excursions you wish to book, for example the Dalyan River Trip which is a great day out and includes trip to Mud Baths, Jeep safari, Turkish Bath, Private Boat Trips etc.

March/April trip

Had a fantastic time in Turkey again plenty of things to see and do, the older "kids" enjoyed the nightlife down the front and the cable cars paragliding and boat trips, we enjoyed a day in Pamukkale and market on Tuesday reasturants and bars nearby. Really enjoyed the peaceful setting close enough to all for everyone. Thank you 😊

lovely villa and pool area

The villa is a very nice property and has a lovely pool area. The villa had not had a good clean before we arrived but the clean after our first week was very good. My family enjoyed the stay at Baki's villa and we had communication with Baki after having a few issues due to work being done in the area. The villa has a very high location but there is a taxi button approximately 150 metres away so this was used frequently. Price for 5 people in each taxi was £2.50 for almost every restaurant visit. Ridiculously cheap, no need for a dolmus. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and thankyou Baki.

Fantastic location and pool

7 of us stayed in this villa for two weeks, the location was exceptional, positioned on the mountainside away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Hisaronu but not so far as to limit our nightlife. The pool area was one of the best we have encountered with plenty of space for all of us and a fantastic view of the mountains, the pool also receives sunlight from sunrise to sunset. The villa itself is incredibly spacious, even if the villa had of been at maximum capacity it would still have enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. The main area that houses the kitched had all the utilities needed, we stayed in the villa for lunch and dinner on certain days and it met all of our requirements. The only downside for us was that the equipment felt a little cheap and the bathrooms felt like they were around 90% complete (No door on the shower to keep water from spreading across the bathroom, exposed plug sockets) Other than that Baki and team were extremely responsive and catered to all of our needs, as well as a much appreciated welcome basket when we arrived.

Lovely property in a beautiful spot of the world! At the top of a big hill so good for cardio!!

Well priced and a beautiful property in a beautiful location a stones throw from the main towns in a taxi! The pool was cleaned everyday and well maintained! Definitely recommend this as a destination for families with children age 4 and above! Taxis readily available and dirt cheap so getting around is easy if you don’t fancy a walk.

Had a lovely holiday

Ok so where to start, a family of 10, 4 adults and 6 children aga range from 17-1 years. stayed in this villa for 11 nights. The villa is at the top of a hill the walking down was fine but up was a killer. There are taxi buttons everywhere so you could get a cab back up no problem. The pool was cleaned everyday, we had a few issues with the pool lights not coming on but a whatapp to baki and the pool man was out sorting it. Great. Could have done with a bit of information regarding trips and local restaurants, but we soon found our way around. A few little bits need looking at, travel cot had a rip in it, but baby still slept great so i didn't complain. it also would have been great to have had a stair gate for the living room so we could relax more in the villa. 1 year old and marble stair don't go well together. If these things were changed I would 100% return to this villa. Baki was great every time I messaged him, replied straight away. He sorted out our transfer from the airport in a lovely mini bus. All in all we We had an amazing holiday and can't wait to return to Turkey.
