Die Aufteilung und Größe der Wohnung, die Lage und Anbindung ans Verkehrsnetz sind toll!

Jedoch gibt es leider sehr viele Mängel, die uns den Aufenthalt etwas negativ erscheinen lassen!

Heizungen waren herausgerissen, die Gardinen zerrissen und fast schwarz vor Dreck, die Armaturen im Bad dreckig, die Bettwäsche war teilweise nicht frisch, Wäscheberge noch im Trockner, das Geschirr im Schrank schmutzig , so dass wir es erst einmal reinigen mussten, und viel zu wenig an Bestand, offene Farbeimer im Kleiderschrank- es roch nicht frisch, die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht richtig, etc.

Es ist wirklich ein Jammer, dass diese tolle Wohnung nicht besser gepflegt wird!

Propreté à revoir exemple nous avons lavé la douche nous mêmes

Rideau déchiré , beaucoup de lampes ont les ampoules grillées

Radiateur non fixé

Literie à revoir dans certain lit

Le niveau de location mais pas en adéquation avec le prix .

Nous recommandons pas cette location dommage elle est bien placée

Photos et description conformes. Situation parfaite près de l Arc de Triomphe . Commerces à proximité . Propriétaire disponible et réactif.

Ce fut un bel appartement. Dommage d'y trouver encore des clous dans le plancher sur lesquels se blesser. On a posé le presse fruit dessus...

Il aurait bien besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement.

Sinon pour se retrouver à 4 couples comme nous c'est l'idéal en chambres et salles de bain. Pas de canapé à ouvrir dans le salon comme souvent.

Et une vraie cuisine !

Pros: This property is perfectly located near the Arc de Triomph, subway stations, shops and restaurants. There is a market half a block away. The owners were very nice and available to answer all our questions right away. They even waited for us when our flight arrived at 11pm to give us tour of the apartment. The views from all the windows were spectacular. The rooms were very spacious and our favorite room to hang out as a family was the living/dining room. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with soap and shampoo.

Cons: it was still under renovation and the apartment needed work. The rugs were worn and our group of 11 only had one key to enter. WiFi worked best only in living room. Very convenient washer/dryer but they took a long time.

I would recommend this property to large groups traveling together. Very comfortable space.
