The terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining area, wood-burning oven with barbecue, ideal for grilling vegetables or meats. Villa Ricci is equipped with heating system, so it`s ideal for a holiday all year long.

Fresh air and thermal insulation are the main features that guarantee a relaxing holiday in the trulli, even during the hottest hours of the day. The rooms are refined, furnished with attention to details and embellished by typical elements.
The villa is accessible from the porch with wooden covering and it opens into the dining room with open kitchen. In the big living room with fireplace there are two twin-sized beds (photos to be updated) and an additional pouf bed.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 single bedrooms in the trulli. With the three sleeping accommodations in the living room, Villa Ricci accommodates up to 11 guests. Moreover, there are two bathrooms with shower.

beautiful old town centre, full of traditions and worth-discovering
spots. The beaches of Ostuni marina are 18 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
