A great base for our Disney adventures.

Pre-booking we found Andy, the owner, to be a great host who was flexible to our needs as we were initially unsure on our day of arrival. He ensured the booking went smoothly and was brilliant throughout.

The house is situated at the edge of a lovely quiet estate with no rear neighbours giving a private feel round the pool area. We had the pool heated, it really makes a difference and we enjoyed a relaxing time in the warm waters during our stay. My daughter especially loved the pool!

It is comfortably furnished and spacious with an open plan layout for the living area. It has a well supplied kitchen which was great for those pre-Disney breakfasts.

The master bedroom was huge with a walk in wardrobe and a nice ensuite bathroom with his and hers wash basins. The beds were all very comfortable and a good night's sleep was had by all every night.

The location of the villa was great, just off the 27 but at a junction that was traffic light controlled which I believe makes the daily park commute safer as there are some estates where you have to cross fast moving traffic without this control. There are a number of routes to the parks you can take. The 192 for Disney or the I4 for Disney/ SeaWorld/Universal.

If you hit the lights right the 192 journey time is quickest. The I4 is very busy and is often slow moving especially at peak periods during the Easter holidays. We generally chose a much quieter route via Ronald Reagan Parkway and Lake Wilson road, only dropping onto the 192 just before the Disney intersection. Although longer in distance it was a more relaxing journey.

During our stay we had an issue with the pool heater, we contacted the management company in the morning using the supplied information and they sent the pool maintenance guy round to sort things the same day. Excellent service meaning we were not without our daily swim.

Overall we had an amazing holiday, Andy is an excellent host with a lovely home and attentive management company. I would not hesitate to rebook.

This home is most certainly on my favourites list!

comfortable and decent, just bring bug repellent and watch out for those little lizards, lol, you will have a nice enjoyable stay.

Lovely Villa, perfect location!

We have just returned after 2 weeks. The Villa had everything you could want or need. Located in Hampton Lakes complex which is a couple of streets down from where we stayed last July so we were already familiar with the area and the nearest shops (supermarket Publix, IHOP for breakfast, Mia Pizza which we visited last year too and the whole family agree is the best pizza we have had, Applebys which is a great eatery for evening meal) The 192 Road on the way to Disney Parks is only 5-10 mins away where you will find loads of places to eat and shop. Disney parks were 15-20 mins away so Perfectly positioned. In terms of the Villa itself, there was only a couple of things we thought could be improved but nothing significant and that it impacted our stay. We had a fantastic time, the down days spent by the pool were great as the positioning of the villa gives you privacy to the rear of the property.with no other villas behind overlooking and it was clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great value and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Stay

House was much larger than expected. Great location and very quiet, no rear neighbors. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Thirty minutes to reach disney parks, easy drive. We prefer to stay further so that we can avoid the tourist madness. I am not a driver to rush anywhere and GPS gave us thirty minutes every time.

Price was great and since it is winter we didn't use the pool. If I were to come in summer I would want to have access to a BBQ, plastic tableware, and a pool fence. I didn't see these at the home. Rear slider door is missing the alarm.

It would work better if lamps were plugged into outlets that correspond to the light switches. I would think the addition of ceiling fans would be required to keep the house cool in the summer.

The price was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Resposta do proprietário: Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay, it is true we do not provide a BBQ, this has proven to be much more bother than the worth in the past guests do not clean it properly then I get complaints, I would advise guests to get a disposable BBQ from the local supermarket. Ceiling fans are not really required in the summer I ask guests to make sure the doors are kept closed in the summer to allow the AC to do its job, i am really not sure what is meant about the lights each light turns on and off at the light.
