This condo has a one car garage, another car can be parked in front of garage door on the north side of house.
The 2nd Floor is 3BR/2 bath (Homeaway listing # 4275968)with a large deck and gazebo with steps down to the beach. (Sleeps 8) Good views from outside undercover eating area with table and chairs. Also great beach views from one bedroom, kitchen and living area. Parking for 2 cars in front of house.
The 3rd Floor is 3Br/2 bath (Homeaway listing # 4275969) with a small balcony overlooking the beach. (Sleeps 8) This has the biggest and highest views from one bedroom, the kitchen and living room. No BBQ with this condo due to city codes on overhanging balconies. Parking for 2 cars, piggyback style, in front of South side garage.
All levels are totally separate and private with all amenities. Full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, blender etc. Washer/dryer on each floor with all linens and towels provided.

For security purposes only, there are 4 video cameras on the property. One is a camera that shows the first floor front entrance. Another is at the front wall of the west side of property and shows parking spaces, another is from the 5th floor showing the parking space. Another is on the third floor showing the beach access area.
