Our "pet friendly" waterfront (Salt Water Bay connects to Vineyard Sound) home is fully Air Conditioned with a Mitsubishi 6 unit mini-split system. All rooms are individually controlled for your comfort. Plus this house will accommodate extended families with multiple sleeping and living configurations. Yes; two Hybrid Mountain Bikes and two kayaks are all included!! We also supply a town-wide beach pass for your vehicle along with beach chairs.

ShoestringBayHouse*This home, located in a child friendly (great for biking) and quiet neighborhood, is perfect for two families vacationing together, extended families or grandparents. With a separate master suite and multiple living rooms, everyone will be comfortable. Our 'pet friendly' home features four bedrooms, four full baths, one half-bath, poolside bath house/showers/urinal, two kitchens (summer kitchen at pool level with attached half-bath), a TV room on each level, one living room, one large sun room with a dining deck plus a dining room with seating for eight. There is direct access from the kitchen to the upper deck, where you will find a Weber grill and Lobster Cooker adjacent to the kitchen. The upper living room which is adjacent to a full bath, houses a semi-private alcove with two day-beds (gel mattress). This sleeping alcove makes a great guest bedroom for temporary guests.

Pool (unheated) is open from July 1st thru October 1st (approximately). Weekly pool service and cleaning is included during full-prime season.

Cotuit Beach Info: Since ShoestringBayHouse includes a vehicle beach pass you can drive to any of the numerous beaches in Barnstable. Just across the Cotuit peninsula, there are three beaches. Mostly everyone heads over to Loop Beach with a gentle slope into the water. It also has a bath house and lifeguards so everyone will be safe and have fun. The kids love it when the ice cream truck rings its bell to signal its stop at the beach ! Our wading beach is accessed by just a few stairs directly in front of our home (please see the picture for an accurate portrayal of the beach area).

Bath and bedding linen is NOT supplied. We DO supply pillows, cotton summer blankets (one per bed) and each bed has a bed pad. Our home is fully licensed and inspected by the Town of Barnstable.

Ring Camera Disclosure: This property has Ring type cameras in the following locations, the front and garage door, the dog play area, inside the garage and inside the pump house for the pool and under the house, near the water pipe main. As per the rental contract the garage and pool pump house are NOT considered part of the rental. The inside of the house has google speakers (non-camera type) that can be turned off/ muted/ unplugged.
