This jewel is tucked away in a gorgeous setting. The location is as perfect as you can get! It's located just steps from the Maggie's Pond, and you can walk to the most popular restaurants and shops on Main Street. Yet, the unit is peaceful and quiet as it occupies a corner of the concrete building. You do not need a car when staying at this location, yet reserved parking for two cars is available. This is a four-queen bed and three full baths unit located conveniently at the Base of Peak 9 for skiers, snowboarders, and travelers wanting to walk to the Quick Silver Ski Lift and enjoy Main Street Breckenridge. A heated pool and four hot tubs await your family's arrival after an enjoyable day on the slopes.

Will this be your first time in Breckenridge? Allow me to help plan a memorable vacation!! I can direct you to ski rental discounts and transportation to/from Denver International Airport via a shuttle (no need to rent a car and be concerned about driving/parking).

This corner unit is 1150 square feet with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. This versatile condo appeals to families or three (3) couples that each can have their own space. The layout provides exceptional privacy with one common entrance and three separate rooms, two of which have doors on them. Refer to the layout photo for room/bedding configurations. All three rooms have an HDTV. A 65" Smart TV in the main room. A 55" Smart TV in a bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the last bedroom. A spacious, wrap-around deck provides additional space to gather before departing to your favorite activity and using the gas grill for BBQ. Please see the list of amenities below.

The unit includes access to the Columbine Recreation Center, which is located steps away from the unit. The Center contains an outdoor pool, four hot tubs, etc.

This condo underwent a complete interior remodel. The remodel included a new custom cheery wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand textured on all walls, new custom cherry wood vanities and sinks, new cheery wood doors throughout the unit, etc... Other people have suggested that we might have gone overboard in our improvements for a 'rental unit'. But to us, this is more than an investment property; it's our second home. Like you, we appreciate all the fine details and finishes featured in the new luxury developments in Breckenridge.

A clothes washer and dryer are located in the building. They can be operated by using an app from your cell phone.

NO Smoking/vaping, NO Pets, NO Exceptions... sorry. This is strictly enforced by the Village at Breckenridge HOA, management, and the owner. When booking this unit, you agree to these house rules.

Scott’s The Best- Grewt Family Ski Trip
4 adults, 3 kids; first ski trip for 2 of the kids. The location was just a 10 min walk to the ski school/lifts at the Village. The condo was more than adequate for our needs. The diagram shows the 3rd bedroom clearly as being connected to the main living area. Was not expecting that but that was on us, not Scott. It wouldn’t have altered my ratings or choosing it again but if want privacy in all 3 bedrooms you will find it with just 2. The kids didn’t mind it at all Scott was very attentive and replied within a brief time whenever I had a question from recommended restaurants, to security codes and anything at all. Bring all toiletries, I do because I travel a lot but other family members were expecting shampoo and hand and bath soap. No big deal people can be wasteful and very picky so best to have folks bring their own. Kids aged from 8-14 so the trek to the Lyfts was not bad for carrying gear, community hot tub was a nice touch and a short walk (2-4 mins) was no big deal. Like anytime skiing, so much depends on the wx and we had perfect wx. Thanks Scott…5 stars was easy to give, good value for the money….one can certainly pay more and get more at other places but if affordability, location and cleanliness are priorities, stay with Scott.

Great location with lots space.
My family of 4, which includes 2 large teenage boys, enjoyed the size of the condo. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and for all the ski gear. Excellent location to the slopes and an easy drive to Main Street. Host was pleasant, responsive and very patient.

Our Experience
Was spacious, good TVs, and three bathrooms. And close to walking downtown. Trouble finding unit as it was not clearly marked what our unit number was, and where we should park the car. But Scott was wonderful in helping us find that.
