In our beach villa "Can Catlar" you get exactly that. For many, Muro beach remains one of the most beautiful on the island. Fine white sand near the S'Albufera natural park. The beach takes you to the sea little by little, until the "swimming depth" you have to walk a lot (ideal for families with children) Just around the corner is our favorite Beach Club "Royal Beach". Here you can enjoy excellent cuisine, delicious mojitos, modern presentations, live music and everything with a panoramic view of the sea. Platjas de Muro, has also become a bit more elegant and modern than before. Everything is within walking distance, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, leisure activities, etc.

The exterior of 1. 150 m² is completely fenced and created with typical Mediterranean vegetation and thus offers you an idyllic green totally private. The outdoor area is designed with lots of grass, which your children will love to play and explore. The beach is only 20 meters away and is an absolute advantage for families with children. So it is not necessary to make much travel with all the equipment for the beach. For those who prefer to relax in the garden, the comfortable sun loungers or the chill-out area will be perfect. The barbecue part is very spacious and is equipped with its own kitchen. The integrated stone benches and the large wooden table provide space for the entire travel group. There are also other possibilities to eat outside, for example under another covered terrace or directly in the garden under the umbrella. The outdoor area is more reminiscent of a large park, with all its benches, lights and stone paths that lead us through the garden. When returning from the beach you can use a full bathroom and two shower rooms, so as not to dirty the house with beach sand.

The modern house in Ibizan style has 170m² of living space. The elegant kitchen is decorated in a minimalist white tone and has direct access to the furnished terrace. A large kitchen island and plenty of space to prepare offer comfort and convenience when cooking. Meanwhile, at the bar you can try a glass of a good wine. All appliances are available and ready to use. Behind the kitchen bar is an open dining room with a fireplace, separated by a round arch from the living room. The living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture and satellite TV. The large sliding glass doors let in a lot of natural light and provide direct access to another furnished terrace. The sleeping area is suitable for 8 people and is divided into 4 large double rooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 pull-out bed). The 2 double rooms have their own private bathroom.
