Cozinha totalmente equipada, incluindo máquina de lavar louça, cafeteira, torradeira, construído em forno, fogão e frigorífico. Selecção completa de panelas, frigideiras, servindo pratos, pratos, tigelas, copos canecas etc. Bean para máquina de café copo faz cappuccinos e lattes.
Grande (23 ') sala de estar com vista para o jardim e para o mar. 42 'Sony TV inteligente HD TV com catchup, Netflix etc .; BluRay jogador; Bose de alta fidelidade.
Sala de jantar, também com vista para o mar; mesa e cadeiras de jantar para 8; cadeiras disponíveis.
Complexo de piscinas contém sala de estar com mesa de Bonzini futebol, pequena cozinha com pia e geladeira, vestiário, chuveiro e WC. Garagem para dois carros.
A casa fica em 0. 66 hectares de terreno, com área de grande gramado e uma piscina privada aquecida disponíveis de Maio a Setembro (aprox. 12 metros). Equipamento de jardim inclui: mesa de jantar e cadeiras; cadeiras de praia e espreguiçadeiras; sofá e poltronas ao ar livre; grande trampolim.
Na frente da casa, há uma extensa garagem com estacionamento para muitos carros.
We all loved vista point. Fantastic location with ability to walk out from gate at end of garden on to beach. Lovely views. House is fascinating and very well equipped with wonderful views from lounge and dining room.
And then of course there was the wonderful swimming pool which we spent hours in.
Jon was extremely helpful and responded always very quickly to any email.

We were a party of 8 spanning 3 generations and the property was perfectly suited to us all. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of crockery and glasses. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bed linen was very nice quality. The pool was heated to a lovely warm temperature which meant we were able to make good use of it even though the weather wasn't hot. The area is really quiet and we enjoyed walks into the village and along the beach. We had a nice meal at the East Beach cafe in Littlehampton, we booked a taxi there and back which was a reasonable price of £10 each way. We would recommend this property and would love this visit again.
Vista Point is a very interesting property in its architecture, decor and furnishings. The pictures hardly do justice to the care that has been taken to give the house its unique style. Location on a quiet private estate with direct access to the beach and coastal path through your own back gate. Pool and pool house very well maintained - table football also much appreciated as the weather was not the best. Grand parents showed a misspent youth by winning!
The facilities inside were excellent - having 3 good sized bathrooms is a real help and the kitchen cupboard is full of crockery, bowls and glasses.Outside the gardens are large enough to find a quiet corner if you want. Easy access to shops either local or supermarkets within an easy bike ride or walk. Bluebird cafe at Ferring particularly recommended.
Would fully recommend to families with or without children.
We discovered Vista Point two years ago for a family Easter break. We had a wonderful time and promised everyone that we would return. This time we were a party of 8 aged between 3 and 70. The house still had the wow factor on arrival as the sea views are so stunning. Everything was spotless and the equipment is more than generous. The tvs, video, wifi, and sound system all work well and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We cooked Sunday lunch for 12 with no lack of dishes or saucepans. The little ones were safe on the glazed balcony, protected trampoline and in the fully fenced garden. The heated pool let us all have a dip in the April sunshine. We ate at the East Beach Café, the Lamb and the Spotted Cow. All were very good. There were tears from the youngest when we had to leave but they dried when we promised to come back to the "Magic House".
The house is designed by Patrick Gwynne the British modernist architect and has that real wow factor (if you like the modernist theme), from the wonderful spiral staircase to the huge windows in the sitting room overlooking the garden to the sea.
The house is located on a quiet road with access to the beach from the gate at the bottom of the garden. It has five bedrooms all a reasonable size and three bathrooms, making the house very comfortable. The whole house works round the spiral staircase so you get some interesting spaces, the kitchen was not a major room in the late 60’s when this house was built so it has the most interesting layout, but still works well with hidden serving hatch making entertaining very easy.
The only thing missing maybe are a couple of Eames Lounge Chairs to enjoy the view over the garden out to sea.
The heated pool was a real joy which, along with walks on the beach, kept the whole family active. The pool house is well equipped with kitchen area, shower & loo plus bar football table & lots of things for the pool. Great weekend had by all, thanks.

Arundel (Castle and Wetlands Centre) é de 7 quilômetros caminho. Chichester é de 17 milhas a oeste, e Brighton é de 20 milhas a leste e facilmente acessível por trem ou carro.

Except during July and August, we offer week long stays running from Friday to Friday, weekend short breaks from Friday to Monday, and mid-week short breaks from Friday to Monday. Changeover days are therefore Fridays and Mondays and if you pick your stay to start and end on these days of the week you should see the correct price for you stay. When we are less busy we can be more flexible on change-over days - just ask. During July and August we only offer 7 night stays (or multiples of 7) running from Friday to Friday.
The house contains many original features (cupboards, dressing tables, bed headboards etc) designed by the architect, and this originality is part of the reason for its listing by English Heritage. Many of these would be very difficult and expensive to repair. We therefore require a £1000 refundable damages deposit 7 days before your stay. This can be paid by credit card if you refer, and is refunded as soon as the housekeeper has had a chance to confirm that there is no damage - this is usually within a couple of days and always within 7 days.
