Fantastic spacious flat 130 m2, just over the beach, with a big living room , 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms with a very big terrace of 140 m2 a looking the just "over" the Mediterranean,and different areas for staying and relaxing.

The apartment has got a centralised Full Acclimatisation System( Air conditioned : cold and warm) at all the rooms, including the living room. As in summer it can be too hot and in winter it is much more comfortable with centralised warm acclimatisation. .

Free Internet in every area, including the terrace.

Outdoor : The terrace , fully equipped , has different areas : dining ( several dining tables up to 10 people) , sunbeds for relaxing, solarium, shower, open air kitchen, umbrellas, ...
The big terrace, in front of the sea, is facing south, so you will have sun the whole day, and enjoy the sunrise - sunset.

ALPUJARRA: The Granada Alpujarra, near Almuñecar, boasts stunning scenery, including almond trees, vineyards grown on terraces.

Due to the particularly hilly terrain, the towns have adapted to the uneven land, which is why they are built spaced out and facing south, to make the most of the gentle Mediterranean climate. The cobbled, winding streets are ideal to go for a stroll and breathe in calmness and tranquility. Time really does seem to have stopped in the Alpujarra.

One of the main towns in the region is Lanjarón, also known as the Puerta de la Alpujarra. It is the perfect spot to relax in the mineral-medicinal waters. There is also Órgiva, distinguished by its Moorish style.

The Balcón de la Alpujarra, formed by the whitewashed villages of Cañar, Soportújar and Carataunas, and the Barranco de Poqueira, home to the towns of Pampaneira, Bubión and Capileira, are a must-see in this region.

Nice apartment with a Spanish character of itself.
My wife and I spent 4 weeks in September 2016 in this nice apartment. The apartment was well furnished with both comfortable furniture as art on the walls. The kitchen was well equipped. The location of the bedrooms at the back meant that we were not disturbed by early morning traffic or early walkers. But perhaps the best was the large balcony and terrace. Here we spent many hours and just watching the view of the sea and the beach or enjoy our meals. We also appreciated having a parkingplace in the backyard when it in the month of September not always was easy to get hold of a parking on the street outside. Our host Fernando meet us, on the day we arrived, and provided us with information about where we could shop, tips on different restaurants and excursions in the area. The host was also easy to get hold of on telephone and e-mail. We gladly recommend the apartment to our friends. Ronny o Elsa Wiking

Beautiful View but Apartment in Need of Some Updating
This apartment is located on a wonderful beach just outside of the town of Almunecar, which is our favorite holiday destination. It has a large terrace with a wonderful view of the beach, however, the apartment needs a little work. The one bathroom had a strong musty smell and the other one had a slight musty smell. In addition, the sliding doors to the balcony were extremely difficult to slide and need to be replaced. Although the place was well furnished with attractive art on the walls, the problems that I have mentioned make it difficult to give it a strong rating.

Appartment decorated with charm and character.
The apartment had every think you needed from a well equipped kitchen and lounge plus perfect seafront position Fernando and Ana were very helpful sending full details of local area shopping, restaurants & bars plus local interest We pre -booked car at the airport and with help of Google Map arrived with no problem. The 2 of us had a lovey time and would recommend to family & friends' David & Jan Mansfield,, Notts

We bought this house as family vacation home. Now our children are older, and can only come a few days of vacation a year, so we decided to rent it when not in use.
We are now retired but we still tied to our professions of architecture and medicine professions.

This property was perfect for our family and what we needed for our vacation.

It is located on a quiet beach (Cotobro) of transparent waters, with all facilities nearby: Shops, bars and restaurants
The building is a good building with only three floors, a few apartments (18), but very large and very good quality, all exterior both the master bedroom and the living room, with access to the terrace and views of the beach and the sea.

From the spacious terrace, just above the beach and the sea where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner for 12 people easily, you can watch a 180 degree panorama of the Mediterranean Sea, and Cape Punta de la Mona.

The privileged location, facing south, makes it possible to enjoy the sun all day. From sunrise to sunset.

Almuñecar is also the center of the known COSTA TROPICAL, due to its mild temperate climate, the protection they offer the high mountains to the north, Sierra Nevada. That's why they grow all kinds of tropical fruit Mangos, Custard apples, avocados, etc.
