Grande recentemente remodelado 2 quartos, 2 casas de banho com vista sobre a piscina principal área.
Cozinha totalmente equipada, com geladeira / freezer, microondas, forno e fogão, cafeteira, torradeira, máquina de café.
Grande salão e sala de jantar de plano aberto, com mesa de jantar e seis cadeiras, sala com dois sofás-cama e TV / Vídeo.
2 quartos duplos, ambos com grandes roupeiros e penteadeira, também viajam berço disponível.
Grande casa de banho com banheira e chuveiro, bidé, sanita e lavatório, e um segundo quarto com grande cúbica chuveiro.
Cada quarto ea sala têm porta de pátio que levam para uma grande área de varanda, que mais parece a piscina. A varanda tem mobília do pátio com mesa e seis cadeiras.
O apartamento tem um cofre que é de graça.
the whole process of booking was very easy, the owners Rosaleen and Jlm were very helpful and informative. the apartment was excellent, everything was there, very quiet and peaceful and secure. we will definately return and will have no hesitation in recommending it
Seven of us, including 2 children, stayed in Mare Verde for about 2 weeks in October, and all of our expectations were exceeded. Very accurate, well-timed and detailed communication by Owner, precise description of the apartment, which is equipped with everything you need for a homelike stay, outstanding location just few walking minutes from almost any point of interest – restaurants, shopping centers, main promenade, bus stops, beach and the greatest pools just outside the house – all those little details made our vacation very relaxing and comfortable.
Without doubts I recommend anybody, interested in visiting Tenerife, to contact Rosaleen.

We have stayed at this apartment on 4 previous occasions, the site has many negative reviews but please judge for yourself. The complex is undergoing a facelift which we have watched develop over the previous 2 years, with a new paint scheme and much work on the paths and buildings taking place over that time.
The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and very reasonably priced. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and all our stays have been very enjoyable. The location is ideal, in a decent area close to many bars and restaurant's and only a short walk from Puerto Colon which has a very nice beach and lots of facilities.
Local buses serve the complex, and it is easy reached from the airport with the motorway close by. We always purchase a bono card and use the titsa bus its only takes around 35 mins from the airport if you get lucky with the bus times otherwise it can take up to 50 mins.
We keep returning to this apartment and will do so for many years to come, after another great stay
We have been to Tenerife four times now and the location of this apartment is ideal! There are lots of great places to eat (we particularly enjoyed El Classico and the Chinese across the road, and further afield Mario’s + B&Q + Martini and the Blue Cactus along the front for great food and great entertainment.
There are different types of beaches within easy walking distance OR you could take a good walk or a bus ride from outside the complex to the busy Los Americas etc OR for a quieter experience an hour’s walk to the right along the beach front takes you to La Caleta a quiet fishing village – well worth the walk for a great lunch! OR catch the bus outside the gate of the complex for an hour bus ride for €4 to Los Gigantes for something totally different
First impression of the entrance to the apartment is not good but get passed that as the apartment itself is great.
There are lots of extras in the cupboards – blow ups for the pool and buckets, bats and balls for the beach – a good mixture of books to read and cards to play. As it is privately owned you get the benefit of any left over spices, sauces etc from previous occupants
The apartment has a huge beautifully tiled terrace – great for sunny breakfasts (and a clothes maiden for drying towels etc.)
Lovely mirror and lights in bathroom and shower room with sockets for shaver or hair dryers
Great working kitchen full oven and 4 hot plates – good sized fridge/freezer easy clean dinning furniture seats 6
The pool outside the apartment was empty but it would have been too cold at this time of year Feb/March but we all enjoyed the heated pool around the corner, and enjoyed the view of an evening when you couldn’t see the pool was in fact empty!
The British TV reception was poor while we were there – not just in the apartment – all over the island – but the movie channels were excellent
This apartment is great value for money and I would certainly go back there and would recommend it to anyone wanting a good apartment in a great location at a great price
Property is as described on site.I found it a pleasure dealing with Rosaleen re the booking process ,she was efficient and pleasant answering any queries I had promptly. Apt is in a large complex ,but is quiet.There is 24hour security so no worries.I had some queries as to the state of the Third Phase re development ie re painting,tiling but this had no effect on our holiday. This apt is very central to main Torviscas and Fannabe areas. Loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. I should like to thank Rosaleen and Jim for letting us use there apt to enjoy a lovely break. Chris Gilmore Ireland
Just returned from a weeks stay at Rosaleen's apartment.
Communication is prompt and clear at all times. The apartment is clean, and more than met all our needs. The complex is a little tired but that should not stop you booking this appartment, it's the perfect base. Close to lots of bars/restarants and only a short walk to the beach. I will certainly be staying here again.
Please note : it appears that the whole complex is undergoing a full face lift.
Torviscas está localizado entre jogos de las Américas e Fanabe. Tem um mercado duas vezes por semana (quinta-feira e sábado), e tem uma marina privada chamada Puerto Colon, a partir da qual e pesca da baleia / observação de golfinhos viagens partem. Há duas praias de areia fina limpa a uma curta distância do apartamento. Há também Aquapark dentro de 10 minutos a pé do apartamento e parque Siam a uma curta distância, em conjunto com uma aventura Jungle Park, que as crianças e adultos vão adorar. Há também 4 campos de golfe por perto, cada um dentro de 10 minutos de viagem de carro / táxi.
