The Little Mermaid is a lovely and welcoming apartment with new furniture and modern, surrounded by a green park. It 'located just 2 km from the center of Amalfi, has a beautiful sea view terrace overlooking the beach of S. Cross renowned for its crystal clear waters. And 'the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday and where tranquility and panoramic beauty help to make it prestigious.
It is accessed from the road to the National Sorrento or Positano through a public scale with about 65 easy steps; or from the provincial road for Agerola or Pogerola by a descent with few, wide and easy private grade crossing the park where a beautiful landscape will surprise you with its irresistible colors from Mediterranean vegetation to the blue sky and sea.

From here you enter the apartment "la sirenetta" consists of:
a master bedroom with a balcony from which you access to the terrace;
a living area with sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, well equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven, dishwasher and stove; from the balcony leads to the terrace;
a bathroom with shower, washing machine and window overlooking the sea;
a terrace with table, chairs and awnings with electronic opening.

The apartment also has air conditioning and parking-car parking condominium located across the street and it is not guaranteed; but is easily accessible by public transport or even on foot for those who enjoy walks that allow you to appreciate the magnificent scenery.

The bus stop is only 150m. Restaurant and bar are located at 300m. The cleaning service is available on request.

Arrivals are between 3.00 pm and 7.30 pm. For arrivals after 7:30 pm until 9:00 pm there is an extra charge of € 50.00. If the client arrives after 9.00 pm, the keys will not be delivered and the accompaniment will take place the following day.
Arrivals on Sundays are subject to an extra € 50.00 and the arrival time must be agreed

Extra payment in cash and upon arrival:
€ 50.00 final cleaning, € 40.00 for compulsory cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights and for each week of stay, € 200.00 security deposit, tourist tax, heating or air conditioning € 8.00 per day
