The house has a covered terrace of 30 m² for your meals, extended by a deck with outdoor furniture and a 180 ° view of the hills and the ocean.

The calm environment and the relaxing view are an invitation to relaxation, and you will appreciate the beautiful terrace for a barbecue or a cocktail while admiring the orange colors of the sunset.

The villa is secured (fence + automatic gate of access + alarm), and has a space to park a car (possibility of outside parking for an additional car).

The villa is functional with a large living space on the ground floor, and a sleeping area upstairs with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The decoration is resolutely modern and neat. The dining room has large windows opening perspective on the terrace, the pool and the view overlooking Saint-Gilles-les-Bains.

The open kitchen enhances the feeling of space and conviviality for holidays with family or friends. It is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle ...).

A living room / cinema room with a giant screen will delight fans of film and series (Netflix available). The villa also has Wifi internet access.

The "night" space upstairs hosts four air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and 3 bathrooms.

The villa has a storeroom / laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The villa is located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, on the Mont-Roquefeuil, which dominates the town center of the famous seaside resort with its shops and restaurants, reachable in 4 minutes by car. You will be able to thus benefit from the animation of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains while being in a calm and residential quarter.

Saint-Gilles-les-Bains enjoys a unique microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and you will appreciate its marina for a sea trip with dolphins, a scuba diving, a visit of the aquarium of Reunion ...

You can walk to do your shopping and buy pastries (supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy within 200 meters of the villa).

Access to the white sand beach and its lagoon where you can admire multicolored fish, is 7 minutes by car.

Access to the Tamarins road, major service route between the north and south of the island, takes 5 minutes, and will allow you to quickly reach the various sites of the island and its activities (the three cirques, volcano, paragliding, helicopter, hiking, mountain biking, big game fishing, canyoning, sea trips ...).

Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited.

Access to the swimming pool is not allowed outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Animals are not allowed.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS

Rental of 7/10 days minimum (according to season).

To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay is to be paid upon booking.

Deposit: An imprint of credit card or check of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.

A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.

Time of entry: between 15h and 19h.
Release time: between 8h and 11h.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.

In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8am), thank you to report it (a supplement of 50 € will be requested on arrival).
