The house has two kitchens, one on the first floor and one on the top floor. Each contains a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher, as well as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker, and pots and pans, dishes and silverware.
*On the first floor: A one-bedroom, "mother-in-law" apartment with its own separate, handicapped-accessible entrance. When the whole house is rented, the apartment door is unlocked, providing easy access to the rest of the house and the elevator. The full-sized kitchen with eat-in bar is stocked with essential cooking utensils. The sleep sofa in the living room contains a queen-sized mattress. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Bathroom with shower/tub combination. Hardwood floors in the kitchen, living area, and bedroom; quartz kitchen countertops; ceiling fans; television; compact washer/dryer.
Large, private deck with sofa and table and chairs overlooking the marsh -- great for early morning coffee and bird watching.
*On the second floor: A luxurious master bedroom suite with king-sized bed and bath with oversized tub and separate shower. Enjoy views of the marsh, marina, and inlet in the large adjoining sitting room. Hardwood floors in the master bedroom and sitting room. Private deck off the sitting room.
Two additional bedrooms on this floor (one bedroom has two twin beds and one bedroom has a queen-sized bed). Decorated in nautical themes. Hard wood floors. The bedrooms share a bathroom (tub/shower combination) and a deck with views of Sunset Marina.

*On the top floor: The open floor plan features a spacious, great room with beautiful hardwood floors; large sectional sofa (that includes a chaise, "lazy boy" chair, and queen sleeper); gas fireplace. Game table, separate chaise, and sink/counter space with compact refrigerator.
Sliding glass doors take you to the deck overlooking the wetlands. The deck includes a full-sized table and seating (chairs and benches) and charcoal grill.
The kitchen features hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, island with seating, eating nook, and deck overlooking Sunset Marina. The front deck includes a full-sized table and seating (chairs), serving cart, and gas grill.
The dining room connects the kitchen with the great room. Hardwood flooring.
An elevator takes you (and your luggage) between floors.
*The two-car garage plus driveway will accommodate at least four cars.

***Walk to Sunset Marina and OC Fisherman's Marina. From the kitchen, you can see boats leaving and entering Sunset Marina, which is about a 5-10 minute walk from Marsh Magic. Also in the area of Sunset Marina are great local restaurants including: Sunset Grille; The Shark; Crab Alley; Harborside; and Sello's (Italian).
****Down the street from Sunset Grille you can purchase fresh seafood from Martin's Fish Company to cook at home.
*****From the back decks, you can see the boats at OC Fisherman's Marina, which is a 10-minute walk from Marsh Magic. OC Fisherman Marina features a gift store and restaurant, Mickey Finns, overlooking the inlet.
In short, Marsh Magic, which is located on a street that ends in the inlet, is a perfect location if you want to be close to the ocean without the crowds. It is a short walk/drive to the beach and provides easy access to deep sea fishing excursions and opportunities to sample local fare.
***Long-Term Off-Season Availability: The first floor apartment may be rented separately during the off-season (October through April). The apartment, which has a separate entrance from the rest of the house, is ideal for a single adult or a couple.
*The two top floors -- which include the great room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms (including the master suite) and two and a half baths -- may be rented separately during the off-season.
