We, my husband, my sister-in-law, I myself and our sweet little dog (it is very important for us to have our dog with us) stayed here from August 13th thru September 5th 2009 and we enjoyed every day when having our breakfast at the "porch" with half view over the ocean, half view over a part of Fort Lauderdale. The apartment is excellent clean, there is nothing to be missed in the kitchen, the beds were great and last but not least the owners let us feel free to ask everything we wanted to know - so very good "service."
We will recommend this apt. in any case.
Ocean Manor is really a fantastic place directly on the beach, the Tiki bar, the pool - only crowded on weekends.
Restaurants we recommend are Sea-watch in Pompano (great fish!),Outback Fort Lauderdale, Red Lobster Fort Lauderdale.
As we come to Florida since nearly 20 years we have seen all the attractions, all the parcs including Kennedy Space Center, this depends on the taste of everybody. We like Epcot, Universal Studios, for children Disney World is a must.
But also the Everglades (to a time where no moscitos exists) are wonderful.

My husband, my two grown daughters and I had the most wonderful week at the beach! Roseangela and Omar are great property owners who truly care about their tenants. We had everything we needed and more than enough room to make ourselves at home at the beach! We will definitely return to the cozy beach apartment!
We stayed at Rosangela's and Omar's condo for a whole week and had a great time. We were allowed to bring our dog, the place was clean and well kept. We had plenty or sheets, towels and blankets. Rosangela and Omar were so easy to deal with. The Italian Restaurant downstairs in the hotel Casa Calabria is an excellent place to eat and had delicious deserts. The Tiki Bar also had good service and food. The pool was clean and always had a lounge chair available. This condo is in an excellent location and great view of the beach. I loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer right in the unit. I would highly recommend this condo as it was clean, affordable and we paid one flat fee plus the cost of our food and drinks. A very enjoyable and affordable vacation. Many stores and restaurants very close by. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix right down the street. Also loved the valet parking.
Rosangela and Omar are great people to deal with.
Apartment is great - spacious, lots of beach toys, has washer/dryer in the unit, well stocked kitchen.
Bar at the beach is nice. You can use your own umbrella/beach chair if you step to the right on a side if the rope.
There is a fish monger on commercial boulevard - just across the bridge - fresh fish also not cheap, nice swiss bakery- Edleweiss in the same plaza. Nice area with the restaurants in walking distance (10-15 minute walk) - Fishtales happy hour is fantastic - great food at half price. Great place for gelato near Walgreens

This was a perfect spot for my 16 year old and 13 year old to spend spring break this year. A very nice two bedroom two bath apartment, fully furnished with plenty of beach towels etc. Tiki bar and grill on site, nice beach front area with jet ski rentals etc. next door. The apartment had a nice kitchen with plenty of dinnerware so we could prepare a meal if we wanted. Strip mall just down the street had a Dunkin Donuts, wonderful deli, and excellent italian restaurant and sandwich shop. This is a fantastic location. Rosangela and Omar were fantastic hosts, and everything was just as she described it to me over the phone. We highly recommend this as a great spot to spend a spring break!!!

We had a great week of relaxing on the beach here! Everything we needed was furnished. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean and well kept. Also, groceries and restautants were a short walk away.
Owners were very pleasant to work with.
