I stayed here for 2 weeks and really felt good, safe and very comfortable here. Almost familiar after a while. It was very clean when I arrived and easy to keep clean during my stay. The shower is excellent with an never ending supply of hot wayer. There is a metro stop almost across the street, the 9 line, which takes you down to the 1 line which will take you into city center [ Louvre, Tulleries and Place de la Concorde ] and farther into the Marais. It is a very easy walk to the best shopping streets in Paris, Avenue George V, Rue Matignon and Rue Fabourg St. Honore. It is a 30 minute walk to Place Vendome or the Louvre. It is very easy to connect with all the major and monor sites of Paris from here. The apartment is well furnished and includes a washer/dryer combo and an iron. It is fully furnished with sheets and towels. The bed is very comfortable. It is also very quiet due to double glazing on the windows. There are several places very close by to shop for groceries and pasteries-Franprix and Monoprix. It is just a several minute walk to the Champs Elysees. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this to others and will probably rent here again.
My husband and I loved this apartment and our stay in Paris. Eric and his wife meet us at the apartment and could not have been more gratuitous. I highly recommend staying here!
Although we did not get to meet Eric. He was terrific , he arranged fresh flowers and a card for my wife's special birthday. She was really touched.
The flat was newly remodeled with a nice firm bed and nice appliances. THe location is very convienient to the Metro as well as the best boulongerie we found in all of Paris. A bit on the noisy side but this is a big city and central Paris. Highly recommended and we will come again.

Location of apartment is convenient to everything! Easy to hail a taxi, very close to a Metro stop. 2-minute walk to Monoprix (grocery store that has everything you need!) , 5-min walk to reach the famous Champs Elysees and additional 10-min walk to the Arc de Triomphe! There is also a bakery, Julien, around the corner, very convenient - you can turn on your coffee, walk to the bakery and get something fresh and warm, and have it for breakfast/afternoon coffee at the apartment.
The very modern decor was tres chic! Everything was ready and clean, someone met us on time and at location and helped us with our luggage.
We stayed for six nights in the aparment. Paris got warm while we are there so having no AC poses a challenge for us, opening the window got very noisy with cars and motorcycle noise. We can even hear people's conversation as they walk under our windows, and once in a while smelled their cigarette smoke. Closing the windows causes the apartment to be too warm, but keeping them open at night were too noisy - we had a challenge staying cool and getting restful sleep.
The very modern shower poses privacy issues for us, honeymooners may enjoy them but for my mother, myself and my 20-year old son, the clear glass wall posed some awkward privacy issues. Also, the drain in the shower had trouble draining the water, it got slower and slower to where we had to shut off the water and wait while showering (concerned of flooding). We tried to use the washing machine, but because everything was in French(couldn't find the manual), it posed a challenge as well.
Eric, the owner was very helpful, I would recommend this apartment to honeymooners and anyone that is not a light sleeper.
Eric was an attentive host and his pictures don't lie. What a lovely flat - so pretty and comfortable. Washer / dryer available for TINY loads and you can buy detergent pucks at Monoprix close by. Champs Elysees is a two minute walk and there are small eateries on the street corners on the way to grab breakfast. We had connectivity issues with our phones and the Rochester Hotel consierge (next door) helped us get a taxi to the airport. Flat is centrally located and we did not hesitate to walk to the Arc de Triomphe (6 min), Louvre (35min) and Latin Quarter (45 min) at a good clip - so much to see above ground. We really enjoyed this city and Eric's lovely hide away to return 'home' to each night.
When I first booked Eric was very quick to reply to any email, with helpful advice. The accommodation is just perfect for 2 people and is situated close to bars, cafes shops. There is a great little cafe at the corner beside it. Walking to Champs Elysee in 5-10 minutes depending on which way you go. I was with my wife, if back in Paris I will return to 86 rue La boeite😁Tres bien
