Você vai intensificar a partir de um pátio bonito na típico de Maiorca Entrada, um local perfeito para se refrescar!
A propriedade tem dois banheiros, um com banheira e ambos com chuveiro, w / c, aquecedor de toalhas e lavatório.
Há dois quartos, um com uma cama grande que pode ser feito em um quarto twin, se necessário, e um com uma cama de casal.
Há também um lounge para relaxar e uma cozinha bem equipada no piso superior
This was our 9th visit to Mallorca and our 3rd to Fornalutx and it was the best yet. The villa is lovely, well maintained , well equipped with superb views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The view from the terrace was wonderful where you can eat under the shade of a very old fig tree and a lemon tree as you barbecue your food. The house is an old traditional village house furnished in traditional style within easy walking distance of the village albeit via many steps. Fornalutx is the prettiest village in Mallorca and some reviews say in the top 5 five in Spain. With at least 5 good restaurants,, a supermarket , a bakery, a chemist and 3 cafes there is no need to leave the village very often. Soller, Pollenca, beaches at Port Soller, Deia, and Sa Calobria, are well worth a visit.
We expect to return again next year.
Just returned back from another fantastic stay at this perfectly situated holiday home in Fornautx. Once again we were able to have many of our meals on the large outdoor terrace with stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains.
The house has everything we could have wished for with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. With a local shop and very good restaurants minutes away we had everything to hand, also the traditional Placa with cafe's where the locals hang out has a real buz.
With the small town of Soller and Port de Soller close by this makes the whole area one of our favourite holiday destinations.
For those wanting to explore further afield the local bus from Soller offers regular services to Palma, Valldemossa and Deia which are all well worth a visit.
The property is in a lovely village that has everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The house itself is full of character, well maintained and also has everything you could need - including extras like a much appreciated bottle of wine and plenty of fresh fruit.
The booking process was simple and Jill and Lee help out with providing a money transfer link to a company that is good value. All made very easy.
There's lots to do in the area and if you have a car and can get out and about there is stunning scenery to be enjoyed.
I'd recommend it to friends without hesitation and hope to return
We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely house. The furnishings and facilities were first rate. The kitchen, utensils etc. lacked for nothing. The crowning glory however is the terrace. To relax on there after a long days' walking looking at that view was a sheer joy. I have to say the photos on your blurb do not do it justice! I have several if you could use them. A shame the gardeners on the adjoining plot decided to burn rubbish while we were having breakfast one morning!
No we really loved everything about it - apart from forgetting to lock/unlock the kitchen door and having to run up and down stairs a bit! Would 2 keys solve that or would the risks of losing one be too great. I'm sure you have tried it before.
Also, the ONLY proviso would be the steps; getting cases from the car park which is often full, and up and down stairs might be a problem for some people.
We would love to go back!
P.S. Bit concerned about giving bank details. Is this completely secure?
We rented this house for a week in September 2015 and was overall very impressed with both the house and the surroundings. Fornalutx is a genuine old Mallorcan village with beautiful stone houses and narrow alleys with cobblestone. A lot of tourists, but not in a crowded way, and no bustours (yes!) since the roads are too small. It all felt very relaxing.
We were only two adults (my husband and me) and the house is absolutely big enough for a whole family or two couples. Several great restaurants near by, we never left Fornalutx in the evenings since all you can ask for is there - good food, nice settings and a lot of people out and about in the little plaza 3 minutes from the house.
The house itself is fantastic! Four floors and a wonderful terrace on top where you have the most stunning mountain view. We spent many evenings up there, reading and having a glass of cava while wailting for dinner time to arrive (late!).
There is absolutely nothing more you can ask for when it comes to equipment; eveyrthing is there. If you come here with small children, keep in mind that there are many stairs to climb, both in the village and in the house - good to know if you are disabled too. Otherwise this is a perfect house! Good to have your own car, since the nearest beach is Port Soller (takes 15 minutes to go there by car).
We can warmly recommend this place and would love to return!

It's a very nice old village house, tastefully modernised and furnished, and well equipped. The local manager was very helpful when did have one small problem.
The location, close to the top of the village, gives lovely views, breakfast on the terrace was a real treat.
The facilities in Fornalutx are very good, considering it's not a very big village, with a good choice of restaurants and cafes.
