Furnishings: This condo is furnished with modern comfortable, casual beach type furniture. 2 Flat screen TVs with DVR and streaming capabilities. WIFI included. A washer/ dryer has been installed so you will not have to use the coin operated laundry. The newly remodeled, spa like, bathroom has a glass top double vessel sink vanity. The rain shower has glass block walls, bench, plenty of storage for products and 3 shower heads. 2 large medicine cabinets give you plenty of storage. Plenty of lighting, dual flush toilet, and a sliding opaque glass pocket door.
A large comfortable chair and sofa sits in plain view of the private beach and water. Just sit comfortably and watch the dolphins play all day. The balcony level bistro set on the deck overlooking the pool and water makes for a wonderful evening with a glass of your favorite libation while watching the MOST FABULOUS sunsets ever. Mostly everyone else in the complex has to walk to the beach for our perfect sunsets. You just have to walk out the large sliding glass doors and on to the large deck or just view from your living room chair.

We are currently replacing all stairwells and balcony's in the complex. The future plan is to replace all wood staircase and decks waterside of buildings. Please be aware, Future dates for the water side staircase/deck replacement is undetermined. What does that mean to you if you are renting this unit during the construction phase? No access out the sliding glass door. However, you will still have that beautiful view. Limited noise from approximately 9 am to 5pm.
At this point, I have not been told of a specific date they will begin building new deck nor do I have a finish date.
