This detached luxurious chalet for a maximum of 14 people is located in the village of Viehhofen, just before the famous Pinzgau holiday resort of Saalbach-Hinterglemm in Salzburgerland and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The chalet has a large living room, an open modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms (one with 4 single beds, 1 with an extra sofa bed and one with a bathroom en-suite), 2 further bathrooms, a south-facing balcony, a ski room and a garden with garden furniture. All bedrooms have comfortable box spring beds. The chalet also has a washing machine and dryer and a charging station for electric vehicles. There are also parking spaces directly at the chalet.

The location of the chalet is ideal for both winter and summer holidays, it is in the picturesque Pinzgau Glemmtal, which impresses with countless leisure activities. In winter, the ski bus stop is right below the access path, so in just a few minutes you can be in the wonderful ski area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm (Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern cable cars and lifts), or the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See with 77 kilometers of slopes and 28 facilities and lifts. Also recommended is the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in Kaprun with 61 kilometers of slopes.

In summer there are many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. The downhill track in the World Cup village of Leogang is literally around the corner. The Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers a lot of swimming fun with 1000 m2 of water area. You can also reach Lake Zell in Zell am See in just 20 minutes and the Tauern Spa in Zell am See-Kaprun in just 25 minutes.

Directly in Viehhofen, in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or in Zell am See there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
