Piscina privada aquecida! Dune Belas é muito perto da praia! Bela casa primeiro nível em North Cape San Blas com vistas deslumbrantes sobre a praia e baía a partir do convés. Sunset vistas desobstruídas todo o ano. Localizado numa zona tranquila, bairro de classe alta, com curto passeio à beira mar da praia a poucos passos da porta. Apenas 3 outras casas compartilhar esta área da vida privada praia, calçadão e cais seguro. A piscina privada aquecida, com piscina infantil integrada e pérgola de sombra estão lá para sua diversão, quando não na praia.

STILL THE BEST RENTAL VALUE ON THE CAPE

I previous left a great review for the DuneFine, but my most recent stay warrants another! Please read my previous review for the many reasons I feel this is the best rental value on the Cape, but let me add a few more based on my last stay.

Upon arrival we were amazed at the continual upgrading the owner has performed over the years! New paint, new appliances, new furniture and MORE! These changes give you a feeling of "newness" vs the boredom of seeing the same old furnishings and look over and over in your rental. It was like being in a NEW and different DuneFine! Marriott has nothing on the DuneFine when it comes to keeping fresh and updated!

I must also note that the beach in front of the DuneFine gazebo remains one of the widest on the Cape with no steep drop at the toe of the Dune! This is not the case with many of the beach rentals on the rest of the Cape! Many of the Cape Gulf properties find themselves with a steep drop off at the toe of the dune AND a very narrow beach. Such is not the case in front of the DuneFine gazebo on the beach! Mother nature is in control of this, but she has been kind to the DuneFine area to date!

Gazebo ON THE BEACH, Dock ON THE BAY, Private swimming pool, pavement all the way to the house and your feet never leave the pavement or a boardwalk all the way to the wide sandy beach or the bay! What more could you ask for!

Wonderful house & great location

I have rented several houses on CSB, and this one has the best of everything. This house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay with another family. We loved the rooftop decks, which provided amazing views for stargazing! There is a lot of space for everyone to not feel crowded.

The house was very clean with everything in working order; as a matter of fact a lot of things looked new.

The pool is luxurious and nicely situated near the house.

Another great thing about Dune Fine, that you don't think to look for until you stay somewhere else, is that it has very easy beach access. It's a short, easy walk to the sand on a very nice section of the beach.

We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation

My family loved the house and area and hope to come back again. The house is one of the best beach rentals I have stayed in. It was very clean and well maintained, which I am very picky about. The furnishings seemed to be rather new. The beds are comfortable. The house is close to the beach access which is great, because some houses have a long walk to the boardwalk or over the dunes. The beach is uncrowded and wide. There is a lot to do in the area such as biking and kayaking. But my favorite thing to do is relax and walk on the beach with our dog. The owners were good to deal with and answered any questions we had. They seem to be very hands-on and concerned about making sure we were happy.

We would definitely stay here again!

Great House, but expect CONSTANT INTERRUPTIONS

Our vacation was constantly interrupted by repair companies (that we did not call or request), a construction crew working on the pool fence and pool service company. Although, we understand the pool is serviced during the week, they are not supposed to "shock" the pool or alter the chemicals except on Tuesday. Well during our stay, they shocked it on a Saturday and prevented us from using it all day. The construction crew consisted of 3 males who stayed by the pool for several hours, hammering, cutting metal, and making far too much noise and discomfort for us to enjoy the pool or the porches. Two of the tvs did not work during our stay, we did NOT report this though, because we already had several repair people leaving notices on our door and showing up unannounced during our stay and didn't want any more.

In addition, expect random people to drive by the house, get out of their car and check out the pool fence, or other areas of the property without notice. If you're looking for a private vacation with your family, this is NOT THE HOUSE. There are far too many people coming and going. When I reported this to Coastal Joe, they did nothing and did not respond. So basically our vacation was ruined and there is no remedy.

Resposta do proprietário: I’m glad to see you agree that Dune Fine is a “Great House”. I’m disappointed to learn you were not happy with the service provided by the Property Management Company – Coastal Joe. My experience & guest feedback has been they are very professional, work hard to make our guests stay enjoyable, & make every effort to inform the guests of maintenance work that is required. Maintenance work is scheduled between guest stays when possible. I did follow up with Coastal Joe & the work being done was viewed as important & short in duration. While no disruptions to a guests stay are desired, my understanding was the work was coordinated on the same day & close in time. They informed me there were some storms that moved through the area that required the pool to be serviced. This service actually happened on the normal service day of Saturday. Normal pool service is on Saturday during the winter and mid-week & Saturday during peak rental times. The mid-week service is a quick check to make sure everything is good during our guest’s stay. Typical turn over day is on a Saturday so the main pool service doesn’t impact any guests. Your stay was Wednesday to Sunday. The issue with the TV’s was the set top boxes were not on. The cable company stopped by the house during your stay but informed Coastal Joe that they were not able to enter the house. A new pool heater was installed prior to your stay that required the fence to be extended by adding one section of fence surrounding the heater. Coastal Joe was concerned about safety of not having a fence around the heater & pool pump. While this did not interfere with using the pool I can understand why having the Property Management team outside the pool could be disrupting. I have reinforced my expectations to Coastal Joe about keeping any disruptions to a minimum & informing guests when service is required. Similar to your reservation, most guests book directly with me so they have my contact information. I’m more than happy to be contacted by guests with questions or concerns in the rare case that Coastal Joe does not handle things to their satisfaction. I invite you to try Dune Fine again & wish you a pleasant stay during your next vacation wherever that may be. Best Regards, Gary - Dune Fine Owner

Cannot wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful vacation. The house fit all ten of us very comfortably and we were even allowed to bring our dogs! The house was very clean and organized. It had everything that we needed and then some!! After our long 19+ hour drive the pool was just what we needed to relax. The beach was close with the boardwalk right across the way and the views were excellent! Any questions we had were answered right away by the owner and he even checked on us during the trip to make sure everything was ok! We loved being by the bay as well and we brought our jet ski and spent some time in the bay. We had such a great trip and are already planning on when to come back !

BEST BEACH HOUSE RENTAL VALUE ON THE CAPE

Our extended family of 7 has been vacationing at the Cape for the past 15 years! We usually spend 10 days to 2 weeks in May and October every year. Out last stay was this past May 20 thru 31. We have rented various properties during this time and about 6 years ago discovered the DuneFine! Now, we never even consider any other beach house as this one has so many things going for it, that more than meet our expectations! We have kept the DuneFine as "our secret", but after 6 years I feel compelled to share my thoughts via this long overdue review!

First, the owner is very sincere, attentive to concerns and easy to communicate with! None better! In our 6 years - the DuneFine has been constantly updated with new items by the owner as needed - TVs, washer, dryer, dishwasher, furniture, grills, paint, carpet, structural repairs - you name it, if it gets old or worn, it gets repaired or replaced!

We treat the DuneFine like our second home and for the most part, it appears we are not the only ones who do so. It makes a difference when renters treat a rental like they would their own home, and except for a few rare occasions, those who left before us treated it likewise! This is a big plus for us, knowing others appreciate it too!

There are very few beach houses on the Cape with a nice paved road all the way to the beach house and onto a full concrete drive way! Located on a cul-de-sac with currently only 3 other properties, there is an inherent privacy! Although it is a 1st tier home, a short walk across the cul-de-sac leads you onto a beautiful oleander canopy shaded board walk that leads to an expansive Gazeebo at the top of a sand dune ON THE BEACH! This is private to only the other 3 houses on Beach to Bay Drive! The walk is so enjoyable and so short, you forget it is not beach front! The bonus is you get near beach front convenience at a 1st tier rate (substantially lower)!

In addition to the above, you have a private heated pool, large shaded under house deck space, BBQ deck space and an outdoor shower! The to rear bay side, you have a long boardwalk to the community dock on the bay, again private to you and only the other 3 houses on Beach to Bay Drive! I have docked my boat there when the tides are right and in my HydraSports Key Largo bay/flats style boat!

All considered, the only thing that could be better is if we lived there!
