Um ar condicionado de dois quartos espaçosos apartamento de cobertura no muito procurado complexo com estacionamento seguro de estacionamento subterrâneo, situado num local bonito e conveniente na área Torreblanca.
Apartamento vai dormir até seis pessoas confortavelmente. Tem portas do pátio da sala de estar e quarto principal que conduz a uma grande varanda coberta com área de jantar fora, de frente para o leste e sul, e vista para o mar.
Uma escada em espiral a partir da varanda leva até uma grande e privada aberta no último piso ar terraço com churrasqueira e uma pequena área coberta. De lá se tem uma vista magnífica, não perturbadas mais de Torreblanca, mar, linha de costa e montanhas da Andaluzia.
O apartamento tem dois banheiros completos com banheiras, principal sendo en-suite. Ele também tem uma cozinha totalmente equipada com microondas, geladeira, freezer, máquina de lavar roupa, forno e fogão.
O apartamento dispõe de televisão local e canais por satélite do Reino Unido sobre uma tela plana grande, DVD player, mini aparelho de som, uma consola de jogos, e um computador portátil, bem como Wi-Fi gratuito.
Existe um elevador a partir do parque de estacionamento subterrâneo até o andar do apartamento. É tudo para deficientes motores.
Localização tem fácil acesso de carro e é facilmente acessível também por transporte público. Trens do aeroporto de Málaga partem a cada 30 minutos durante o horário de funcionamento. Leva cerca de 30 minutos para chegar à estação mais próxima do apartamento. Os preços dos ingressos são menos de 2 euros por pessoa. Os trens locais podem ser tomadas e. g. em direcção a Málaga. Os ônibus, que viajam frequentemente e para trás ao longo da estrada nas proximidades (Avenida de Carvajal), pode ser tomado e. g. ao centro da cidade de Fuengirola e do Centro Comercial Miramar.
Golfe: Há muitos campos de golfe a uma curta distância, e dezenas na região. Os melhores cerca de Marbella estão dentro de menos de uma hora de distância de condução.
Esqui: MonteCañada é de apenas duas horas de distância de Sierra Nevada Resorts de esqui que se tornaram bastante populares. Em condições climáticas adequadas Sierra Nevada pode ser visto a partir de terraço privado do nosso apartamento.
The apartment with fantastic balcony and nice views was perfect for four people. Can recommend. The only thing, which was little disappointing to our kids, was the pool: it was open only 4 hours in the afternoon during the period we were there. But luckily the beach was not so far away. Special thanks to Donna, who was very helpful!
Appartement très bien, petits déjeuners ensoleillées sur le balcon avant d'aller faire un plongeon dans la piscine puis retour à l'appartement pour bronzer sur la terrasse et puis c'est aussi très agréable de pouvoir faire des barbecues.
En effet, il faut avoir une voiture pour les déplacements, mais de toute façon, pour visiter la côte de Malaga-Marbella, il faut bien un moyen de locomotion! Le taxi tous les jours ne doit pas être moins cher que de louer une voiture ou d'avoir sa propre voiture!
Nous recommandons cet appartement. Mes échanges avec Miika étaient très rassurant et super accueil par Paul! Très sympathique, nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème mais il nous dit que de toute façon nous pouvons l'appeler si nous avons besoin.
Le petit hic! les chiens qui aboient mais ce n'est pas à longueur de journée!! Et puis, nous sommes en vacances.

We stayed two months (February and March) in this very nice apartment located in the Torreblanca neighborhood of Fuengirola. No problem getting to the condo from Malaga airport situated 20 minutes away since the owner had sent us directions and a detailed map knowing that we had rented a car for the duration of our stay. All the planification and the details of the reservation were made in a very professional way, the owner responding almost immediately to our emails.
We were met by Paul, a friend of the owner, who gave us the keys and explained all the logistic concerning the apartment. Paul and his wife who live in the complex were happy to answer all our questions concerning the location of supermarkets and other shops, beaches and places to visit in the surroundings. A bottle of mousseux and a box of chocolates were waiting for us in the living room, a greatly appreciated gesture.
The description of the apartment that appears in the offer reflexes exactly what you will be the having if you rent this condo. It is very well equipped, clean as a whistle and the presence of the very large private terrace on the roof is a big plus. For those renting a car, the access to the interior garage and to the elevator bringing you directly in front of your apartment is also very appreciated.
The complex is situated 650 meters from the main road and the bus stop that will bring you in the center of Fuengirola or to surroundings cities; but, to get there you must walk down quite a steep hill. You will find a large supermarket at 2.5 km, the town center around 4km and the beach with the 8 km Paseo Maritimo at 900 meters. A car is not mandatory but recommended for farther visits or for everyday uses.
In resume, we strongly recommend this apartment for those who consider visiting Andalusia and in particular the Costa del Sol. Very interesting one day visits can be made from the condo to the beautiful white villages of Frigiliana, Mijas, Salobrena or Ronda. Also, Nerja and the Balcony of Europe, Marbella and its port, Benalmadena are a short distance from the appartment. The visit of the Alhambra of Granada could also be made in one day but you would need 2 or 3 days to visit Sevilla and its cathedral, the old section Santa Cruz and the many beautiful gardens (a must).

We have been to this apartment many times and had a lovely relaxing holiday. It is very spacious and the roof terrace is a huge plus as it means you can sunbath all day without leaving the apartment. The apartments themselves are on a hill but we dont mind the walk into the centre....even with a pushchair. If you prefer to catch a taxi back its roughly 6euros.
The apartment is very well equiped and is spotlessly clean. The only drawback for us this time is that we went early and the pool wasnt open, so I would check the pool opening times if you like to sunbath round the pool. We would highly recommend staying here. We look forward to returning next year :-)

We were warned that it is a stiff climb to Monte Canada but once we sussed the routes it was fine with quiet roads. Very quick to the extensive and quiet beaches. Good bus and rail connections meant that public transport trips out were fairly easy.
I was with my teenage daughter and her friend. I was able to go out walking/cycling somedays while they went out on the train or to the beach, which worked out well.
Ken next door was very helpful too.
my wife and I spent a week in monte canada and found the apartment brilliant for relaxing in a get away from it all environment - the apartment had all we could possibly need for the week including a welcome pack and full UK tv channels (beware the evening spanish channels) I would return exept that I prefer a shorter walk to the shops 20mins at least - local dogs that bark incessantly in the mornings and evenings - and the horrendous taxis fares back up the steep hill, a four minute ride costs between 7 and 9 euros. I would have hired a car had I known the problems.
We were urged to use Carlos car service from the airport to the apartment which would normally have cost 30 euros for the 30 minute drive but our flight was delayed and we were charged 50 euros to get to the apartment and 30 euros for the return. Carlos was a great guy and looked after us well but he was used to get us in to the apartment, give us the key and show us around - I feel that this service cost us extra and for this reason and for others listed we would not use the apartment again.
There is some building work going on behind the apartment but it is not invasive and did not cause us any problems.

O premiado marina em Benalmadena é apenas uma das muitas atrações e apenas a uma curta distância, como é o centro da cidade de Fuengirola, sendo que ambos têm uma animada vida noturna e excelentes restaurantes.
Localização tem fácil acesso ao aeroporto de Málaga, Sevilla, Granada e Córdoba de carro, de ônibus ou de trem usando a ligação ferroviária nas proximidades com seus serviços frequentes. A base perfeita para explorar a costa, passear e desfrutar de seu esporte favorito ou preguiçar nosso terraço privado solarium, piscinas ou as praias locais, que são apenas alguns minutos a pé.

Longer lets have discounted prices. Cleaning and laundry charges up to 10€ / person. All linen and bathroom towels are provided, plus iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Water, electricity and internet are included. Changeover days are flexible. Apartment has A/C and heat pumps and they run by coin meter at a rate of 1€ coin / 10h (a local custom) and a few coins are provided. Radiators are made available during colder months.
Payment is required 6 weeks before the rental period. As payment methods we can offer bank transfer and PayPal. On cancellation deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation and do it at least 4 weeks before start of the rental period we'll refund 75% of payment, 50% if cancelled at least 2 weeks before, and 25% if cancelled less than 2 weeks before.
