Excepcional apartamento de dois quartos, uma verdadeira casa de casa, que podem acomodar até 4 pessoas em um quarto de casal e uma de solteiro, com instalações modernas e piscina com borda infinita.
Apartamento está localizado em um complexo tranquilo de apenas 20 unidades.
Este complexo é adequado para casais que procuram umas férias tranquilas, com muitos restaurantes e da emoção de Puerto Del Carmen apenas a uma curta distância a pé. Não é realmente adequado para as crianças em carrinhos de bebé em função das etapas.
Um pacote de boas vindas de chá, café, água, leite e uma garrafa de vinho de cortesia é fornecido. Informações sobre actividades, restaurantes e lojas também é fornecido para tornar a sua estadia o mais agradável possível. O supermercado mais próximo fica a cerca de 5 minutos a pé e tem um contador de carne fresca, frutas frescas etc.
Temos TV Digital, com o Reino Unido e canais terrestres irlandeses, incluindo BBC, ITV, Channel 4 e 5, RTE1, RTE2, TV3. Um total de 12 canais.
Há uma infinidade piscinas com vista para a nova marina. Desde o apartamento tem vista para a montanha e para o mar cênica, juntamente com a ilha de Fuerteventura na distância. É menos de 2 minutos a pé de restaurantes, bares e uma grande variedade de lojas. Há também um novo campo de golfe de 18 buracos a apenas 4 Km de distância.
We stayed from 14th to 21st July 2016 and the property was everything we hoped it would be ! It was very clean, spacious and in a wonderful location with great views from the balcony onto the old harbour and over to Fuerteventura. The complex is very secure, private and well maintained and the pool and pool area was cleaned twice in the week we were there. The property itself had everything you could possibly need including a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture/beds etc... and is in very close proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the lovely small beach at Playa Chica. This is a very popular spot for snorkeling and diving and the sea was teeming with fish which would happily swim around you. A much larger beach is 10- 15 minute stroll away and has lots of opportunities for watersports, parasailing, jet ski's etc...
The communication with the owner Kim was first class from start to finish and we were very grateful for this as we had been let down by a booking we had tried to make elsewhere. We were very lucky that this property was available on the dates we required and it is quite obvious why the property is booked up well in advance by repeat visitors.
We would most definitely love to return and would thoroughly recommend this particular property, the location and Lanzarote on the whole !
We've just enjoyed a wonderful stay in this apartment over Christmas. We have rented a few different apartments in the old town and this is one of the best we have stayed in. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the rooms are spacious, clean and well kept and the view from the balcony is fantastic over to Fuertaventura. It was nice to have the welcome pack on arrival and John who looks after the apartment was always on hand if needed.
The complex is really well kept, quiet and secure and is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and to the harbour.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and will definately stay here again.
We have stayed all over the island but this is one of the best locations and the view from the balcony is excellent.
Great apartment with fantastic views, this was our second visit and we would definitely book again for the same time next year but unfortunately someone has beaten us to it. Complex is nice and private and well kept and "gourmet alley" where you will find numerous top rated restaurant is accessed through the bottom gate.
The apartment is spotless and furnished to a very high standard.
It has superb sea views from its attractive balcony which is south facing.
The property is, as indicated by the owner, not suitable for buggies prams or persons who may have impaired mobility due to the staircase access.
There are a large number of excellent restaurants within walking distance.
Our favourite was Kristians, --- the food and service are superb and it is about a five minute walk from the apartment.

and there are others too numerous to mention. However our favourite was Kristians.
If you would like a nice sea walk you can walk from the apartment to Puerto Calero which is about 5k away.
The beaches of Puerto del Carmen are also easily accessible from the apartment.
The is a very helpful car hire company situated just opposite the apartment complex which is quite useful if you want a car for a short or long period.
Lanzarote is quite a beautiful island and it is well worth while getting out and about to see all the sights.
The island is not very large so this is quite easily done.
You can also get all day excursions if you wish to see the adjacent island of Fuerteventura.
The apartment owner has a resident caretaker who dealt very professionally with us and answered all our queries.
All in all an excellent location for a relaxing holiday.
The swimming pool outside the apartment is an excellent location for sunbathing and taking a cooling swim.

Change of linens and towels once per week. Change over times can be flexible depending on lettings. Our standard rate is based on two adults sharing one room. There is a small additional charge for additional guests.
A holding deposit of £100 is required upon booking with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
