Este Penthouse bonito se abre para um pátio bonito e tem um terraço com vista para Calle del Sol em Old San Juan. A entrada para o apartamento é especialmente bonita, saindo da escada, será recebido por uma vegetação maravilhosa, tropical. A sala está aberta projetada e recebe luz natural do pátio e terraço. A cozinha está equipada e aberta a sala de jantar se abre para o terraço. Os dois quartos têm A / C e pode acomodar até 4 pessoas, uma rainha e duas camas de solteiro. O banheiro tem um chuveiro, e uma lavadora / secadora está disponível. Também estão incluídos TV a cabo e Internet wireless. The apartment was in a great location as far as being able to walk to the beach, and the lagoon, not to mention the grocery store and lots of restaurants. Inside was comfortable and roomy, kitchen was well equipped. My only negative would be the noise from street traffic, which starts quite early in the morning and is rather loud. I am an early riser so not huge for me, but might be for others.
Loved the condo...spacious and the slotted windows provided a beautiful cross breeze making it unnecessary for air conditioning. There was a small balcony outside of the master bedroom that we didn't even use. Air conditioner in the bedroom was great for the night as the windows faced Wilson which is quite a busy street. It could be noisy at times in the bedroom from speed demons .
Also really appreciated having the small washer and dryer. Did a little everyday and when the sheets needed it there was a set downstairs.
The location was great for us. Close to a Super Max store, Walgreens,and Ashford Ave. which is the main drag in Condado .
There was a dog park about a block away and the beach is about 4 blocks away.
Also, the residents in the complex were quite friendly.
We will stay there again . Great place!
This was our 2nd March that we spent in this very comfortable condo, not far from everything. A few blocks walk takes you to the best the Condado has to offer, the ocean/beach, lovely Luchette Park, restaurants, hotels, groceries, drug store, even the near by Hospital Presby. Public transportation takes you to Old San Juan, the big Mall, etc...very convenient! The furnishings in this Condo is top-of-the-line. The beds are very comfortable. It's very clean, spacious, and very safe...good security. we really love it here.
This was a great location. It is close to all the great beaches and hang out areas. It was very clean and accomidating everybody with room to spare. The owner was very friendly and was always on time. I would stay again.
We were in town for a conference at the Convention Center, and this apartment rental was just perfect for our lodging. Vida Urbana provided excellent customer service, the place was very clean, and the location was great! Only a few blocks from Ashford Dr. and nice restaurants, and also only a few blocks from the beach. The apartment is incredibly spacious and could easily sleep 5. I would definitely recommend this apartment and company to a friend!
One note, if you rent a car, I recommend a compact, as the parking spot is a tight squeeze.
This was our 3rd time obtaining a rental for our visit to the Isle of Enchantment. This apartment rated at our top, because of the dedicated parking space and a washer/dryer! A few hints on the parking space, rent a smaller car as it is sometimes difficult backing out of the parking spot. But it is so much better than finding parking on the street. The beach is 3 blocks and definitely walking distance (come out of the apartment go to the right to the first street and then walk to the beach). My son and his finance' walked to the Condado almost every night to walk on the beach, shop, and eat at a restaurant. So we did not use our car except to go to distant locations. Old San Juan was only a 5 to 10 minute drive unless the traffic was heavy. Many people "cruise" from the Condado through Old San Juan on the weekends.
The apartment was in a great location and the neighbors were friendly. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which is great for the cool breeze and there is an elevator. The stairs were great, as I love the Puerto Rican food and candies! The appliances worked well and the agency meet us when they said they would and were responsive during our stay. We had no issues and would definitely stay at the Wilson apartment or another location from the same agency.
