The room of 12 m2 with window has 2 bed of 90 cm with bedding upscale. They can be put together in a real big bed on request. The living room of 30m2 gives on a terrace of 8 m2 it is equipped with a desk with its chair, a sofa bed in leather, a television of 127cm, a corner cooks with fridge-freezer, plate of induction, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker (nespresso and classic), dishwasher and a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom includes a sink, a bathtub and a large shower. The WC is separated. Space to store your luggage where is also the maintenance equipment and a washing machine. You can eat on the terrace (table and 4 chairs) and in the basement a parking space is reserved for you. Non smoking accommodation except on the balcony. No animals.

 2) Option "end-of-stay cleaning" or "zero hassle" You contact Isabelle who will take care of handing the apartment clean, it will do for you the inventory of fixtures. Price 50 € for a normal end of stay cleaning.
