This spacious 100sqmt apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons comfortably.

On entering the front door, you step into the living room and can take the corridor leading to the kitchen and second bathroom on the left and bedrooms 2 and 3 on the right.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining area for 6 persons. It is very bright even though it is on the first floor. It is also very calm as it has double-glazed windows.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private bathroom with shower.

Even though the 3 bedrooms are overlooking the street, they are still very quiet as all the windows are double-glazed.

The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment: one has a queen size bed and the other has 2 single beds.

The 2 bedrooms share the master bathroom in the hallway. A seperate toilet is right at the apartment entry on the right.

The apartment is centrally located between the historic Hotel de ville and the Louvre Museum, 1 minute walk from the Metro Chatelet (on line 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14 of the Paris Metro as well as all the RER lines A, B, D).

The street where the apartment is located has been completely renovated during the past 2 years.

They finalized a new public garden, a larger pedestrian district, a greater number of easier-to-use pathways and routes, a larger, more functional regional train station, an enlarged, refurbished shopping center, more cultural facilities and a reorganized underground road network.

The project is over now and there is no more construction on the street.

Location, location, location!!!
Six of us stayed here, loved every bit! This is less than a block from a Metro stop that gets you everywhere easily. I thought the bathroom configurations odd before we got there. They were actually quite usable & made sense with six of us there. Quiet rooms w/fans if needed. The drier took several runs to work, only lacking issue. Daily we went to the bakery across the street, recommend the chocolatey pepitos! Stove wasn’t working when given the initial tour. They had someone come fix it the first day! Wonderful time in Paris with this home to return to. So convenient, we swung by home on several days to drop off shopping before heading back out at night. Would stay there again!

New Years in the heart of Paris
My family and I had a wonderful time in this apartment. Made me feel like I had never left my old neighborhood. You can get more central than this... We walked everywhere or took the metro. The bed rooms were spacious and clean and the apartment had all the right amenities.

A great place, but not in summer
Everything about this apartment was good, except the heat. This would be a perfect autumn, winter spring apartment. We had five adults stay 8 nights - It is well appointed, spacious, great locality, clean, functional, superb back up from property managers, comfortable beds and pillows, good kitchen. BUT... it was a hot apartment. Fans were supplied but they simply moved the hot air around like a fan- bake oven. The sun beats down on the property and because it's solid stone, the house retains the heat, and it stays incredibly hot until dawn. Sleeping at night was also difficult. Also, the photos of the apartment ablutions are confusing - in reality it has one main shower and toilet: a separate toilet, and a shower only, off the main bedroom. there are no ensuites. Having said that, it was such a good apartment, I will definitely stay again, just not in summer. PS dealing with the property managers was superb, a brilliant team of committed people who made everything easy.

Once your booking is confirmed on the HomeAway platform, we will contact you with further details regarding your check-in organization.
As a licenced real estate agency, we will require in accordance with French Law:
- A passport copy as proof of your identity
- A signed rental agreement between the owner and yourself

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
