Ca' Cantoni is located at about 700 m from Garda on a hill behind the Rocca and is surrounded by 3600 sqm of garden on the slope of the Rocca of Garda. The villa offers a breathtaking view of the lake of Garda and the tranquility given by its extraordinary isolated location.
The house was recently renovated with great care and quality finishes.

You arrive at Cà Cantoni along a narrow road that leads to the large gate of the property. The villa welcomes you with a covered garage where you can comfortably park 1 or 2 cars and unload luggages.


The house is the result of a renovation process, that was dealt with great care and quality finishes, of an old Rustico and develops on two floors.

GROUND FLOOR

Upon their arrival, the ground floor welcomes our guests with a patio, a living room with an ancient fireplace and satellite TV, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator and freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher and all accessories that you need in order to enjoy meals with family and friends.
Our guests can choose between dining with the comfort of the large dining table inside the traditional atmosphere of the kitchen and enjoying the magical summer atmosphere on the big outdoor terrace, furnished with a big outdoor table with an outdoor umbrella and grill for barbecues.
SLEEPING AREA

Going up the straits on the first floor our guests will come across the first bedroom with a lodge. On the lower part of the room there are two single beds while the lodge hosts a master bed. The room is perfected by an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The second and third rooms have both master beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The fourth bedroom has a big master bed on the lodge. The room faces the belvedere with a perfect view of the lake, that can be also enjoyed from the bathtub inside the en-suite bathroom, in order to enjoy the most relaxing moment of the day: the bath.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The house offers a large outdoor area that can be used by our guests to relax and connect with nature.
The big garden all around the house has got a plenty of different plants, belonging to the traditional ecosystem of the Rocca, and fruit trees like apple trees, figs and persimmon.
The terrace gives our guests the possibility to feel surrounded by nature and peacefulness thanks to the isolated position of the villa and the comfortable weather conditions given by the closeness to the Rocca.
The focal point of the summer life of our villa is definitely the pool well inserted in the green garden, with a wonderful belvedere on the gulf of Garda and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for a perfect relaxation.
The pool is not heated and is usually open from 20.04 to 01.10.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Lake Garda, located in North Italy, is a vacation destination all year-round. Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the crystal clear lake, the largest in Italy. The Gardaland Resort, a theme park with a multitude of attractions like and Sealife aquarium, and Jumanji - the Adventure opening in 2022, is about 20 km away. Verona is 45 km away and Venice 170 km away. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and biking.
