Ocean view facing the west sunsets and The Pacific. You won't want to leave your penthouse loft. It's all yours - 2 large balconies with grill, full kitchen, 2 full baths. All Beach Needs - umbrella, cart, towels, cooler, chairs, ice. Walk the beach, smell the sea air, enjoy morning coffee at the Oceanside Pier. Watch sunsets from the beach or your 2 private balconies. 1200 square feet of family and/or work space.

We'll set you up with all the info you'll need for a simple 'no contact' arrival/departure - rental agreement, house rules, list of local grocery stores, eateries, local interests, take-out/delivery, and more.

Our personal housekeeper knows the number one job is to Insure your place Is ready for you From counter tops to clothes hangers, our housekeeper is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We do not use an anonymous cleaning service, with multiple clients, who may cut corners. Our housekeeper is paid a living wage and receives 100% of the cleaning fee.

Take 1 of the 2 elevators to and from parking, pools, sauna, health club, beach, and ocean. 2 heated pools with Weber gas bbq area, 2 heated jacuzzi's and grotto. Desired south west facing views. It's all yours - use your full kitchen or your patio bbq for every meal or snack. Use your private secure 500 Mbps WiFi to download Gramma's recipes. Stay connected to local and world happenings via cable tv. Free HBO or stream your favorite entertainment. In the clubhouse you have both men's and woman's workout rooms with steam or sauna. In building game room with pool tables, ping pong, foosball. Take the elevator to the C building coin-op laundry on ground level.
Leave it all behind and live Oceanside's 60's 'surf town' lifestyle. Family-run, rented, decorated, and furnished with your family in mind. We don't just 'rent', we take pride in the upkeep and appearance of our vacation home. A complete renovation of penthouse C302 was done in November 2019. We renovated the Kitchen (from back-splash to appliances to quartz counter tops), Guest bathroom (gutted top to bottom), Living room (from custom mount tv cabinet to carpet and furniture), Master bedroom (from wood floors to custom shades), Master bathroom (tub is out, walk-in shower is in). Paint throughout, tile work throughout, we didn't miss a thing. We love our vacation home and think you will too.

Some History: The area was first visited by European explorers in 1769. The Spanish missionaries under Father Junipero Serra founded Mission San Luis Rey de Francia. In the early 1800's, introduced farming and grazing changed the landscape of what would become Oceanside. The area like all of California was under Spanish, in 1821 Mexican rule and annexed by the US in 1848.

Great holiday apartment
We had the most wonderful week in Oceanside. The apartment has a great location and is really well appointed. The holiday village was lovely with a superb pool and other facilities. Travelling from the UK we had a couple of questions, all answered quickly. The area was superb for our family with teenagers. The sunsets, view of the sea and listening to the Ocean at night made it a very special place.

Fantastic property
We had a fantastic week in Oceanside! The condo is ideally situated close to the best beach - and the amenities in the building were perfect. We enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the surfers, swimming in the pool at night and walking to restaurants and shops on the harbour and downtown. The views of the ocean were even better than in the photos. Thank you for sharing your place with our family!

Sea Breeze Getaway
This was our 2nd visit to C302 & we couldn’t have asked for more! Every aspect of this ocean view condo was just perfect. Well appointed kitchen, comfy bedrooms and cozy living room. Both the deck and balcony offer the perfect view of the ocean. We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to come back!

Great time in O’Side
Had another great time at the Murray’s place. Location is perfect, amenities are as advertised, comfort level a 10, and communication with the owners excellent. Can’t ask for anything more in a winter getaway! Already booked (for our 3rd stay) in 2023!

Why Oceanside? On our first visit (from Chicagiland) 25 years ago, we fell in love with Oceanside. It wasn't long before we 'bought in' to the Oside lifestyle. We went from part-time regulars to full-time owners, personally accommodating our own guests. We continue to renovate, decorate, stock, and care for our place ourselves. From quartz counter tops to designer linens & towels, big or small, it's all us - 100%. We are happy with our decision and think you will be too.
We provide everything needed from fully stocked cook and dishware to beach towels & chairs to boogie boards & beach umbrella (even a cart to haul it all).
After choosing your vacation penthouse loft C302, you'll have access to apps, attachments, and links to get yourself acquainted and ready for a contactless arrival. You'll receive important local phone numbers, what you need to know for your arrival and departure. And our own suggestions on local places to eat, play, groceries, and shop (Hint: In-N-Out Burger).

With 2 elevators, you have the freedom of using all the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and cart. You have your own patio bbq w/ outdoor electric outlet. Both main and upper private patios have tables and chairs. You'll have zero-gravity lounge chairs at you disposal to take out to the patios.
Apps, links, and printable attachments are all available to you and will help with all you need to know to arrive and depart - keys procedure is taken care of right there through the North Coast Village office - office open until *5pm.
*After 5pm, keys and arrivals managed by North Coast Village Patrol - 24 hours, every day of the year. Patrol located at the main entrance to North Coast Village.
