The house can accommodate up to eight people and has a large living-dining room, a children's playroom with a large screen, four bedrooms, a terrace and a laundry room. .

One of the bedrooms can accommodate three children. A cot is available.
The well-equipped and functional kitchen has a dishwasher, robots, an electric kettle and a good number of dishes and plates. A high chair allows the little ones to be at the table with the grown-ups.

Yport is a charming village of 1000 inhabitants occupying a pretty valley of the Côte d'Albâtre. There are restaurants facing the sea or in the village, a butcher, a bakery, a grocery store, a hairdresser, a casino ... open all year. A small farmers' market takes place on Wednesdays and allows you to buy vegetables, crème fraîche and poultry from the Criquebœuf-en-Caux farm, very close to the house.
At only 6 km, Fécamp, where SNCF trains arrive, has all the advantages of a small town. Large market every Saturday, cinemas, numerous restaurants, marina ... Opposite, towards the West, a pretty coastal road crosses the cliffs and leads you to Etretat (13Km), one of the most visited tourist sites in Normandy, across fields.
Many hikes are possible from the house, located near the GR21. Vattetot-sur-mer, less than 5 km away, has an equestrian center with a large indoor arena.
